I have been going to haute nails for 4 years now and I won’t go anywhere else. They always do the best job, whether I’m getting acrylics or a pedicure. I can be pretty picky with my nails, but sheila is always incredibly accommodating.

I have been looking for quite some times for a really good nail salon and no matter where I go, they always leave out a step and tend to break off or get chipped in less than a week. So I decided to try Haute Nails, and I'm so glad I did. I found my new nail technician, Sheila. The techniques and attention to detail, it's truly a work of art. I highly recommend her. I have been coming to Haute Nails, since June. I can they are the best nail studio I have ever been to, I am never disappointed. The girls always deliver and provide exceptional service. My nails always last up to and sometimes longer than 3-4 weeks with no lifting, chipping or peeling. The girls have amazing patience and are very detail oriented. Sheila has helped me grow out my own natural nails to a beautiful length I never believed I could. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Sheila is absolutely amazing! She does a great job at GelX. She knows what colors that would suit you and I only go to her now. Trust me when I say I have tried many places and I always come to her now. She keeps her appointments on time as scheduled and you’re never waiting around like most salons. When you get compliments on your nails and they don’t lift and grow out so nicely- you know you’ve hit it on the mark! The fact that she also offers Russian manicures and that has changed the life of my cuticle’s - it’s mind blowing! Definitely go see Sheila. You won’t be disappointed.

First I just want to say the ladies are very kind and I appreciate the time they spent. The first lady had so much acrylic on my nails and they were different lengths and shape. I asked to speak with the manager and she took them off and did this set which I posted in photos, absolutely terrible, one nail looks like it's floating off my nail bed, I spent $80 on these nails they should be beautiful. I will be calling for a refund.
Update.the manager did refund me no questions asked.

The nail tech was quite mean and had a very weird attitude. There’s more nail places around so i’ll go to them next time.

Amazing amazing. If you are someone looking for perfect nail technician. This is the place for you. Not only one all the staff Sheila has is well trained and knowledgeable. I would recommend to all my girlies to try haute nails, you will not regret it.

Sheila is the best nail tech I've ever had! I try to go in every 3-4 weeks but usually I end up having to push it a bit longer and I still get away with a fill and don't need a new set because these nails last! She always kills it when I bring in a picture of what I want, and on the days that I'm not sure what to get she always comes up with something perfect. The salon is clean, open and bright. I can't recommend it enough.

Sheila was extremely rude! So unprofessional & every time I’ve been there it’s like she’s having the worst day (so stuck up). No longer coming here. And apparently there’s 24 hour cancellation fee? Since when has this been a thing? I’ve gotten my nails done here over 20 times & this has never been an issue until today (and I called 2 hours prior, multiple times to cancel and they didn’t answer). I thought I could choose this place since it’s convenient & closer to my house but no!

Okaaaaay! If you’re looking for a nail tech who is the queeeen at shaping nails and does an incredible job to match your nail inspo Sheila is your girl! I’ve been going to Haute Nails to see Sheila for 3 years. I will travel an hour to see her. She is incredible and her staff is lovely too. Such a lux salon- love supporting women owned businesses!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for several years and I’ve never have any issues. I’m a huge perfectionist and Sheila’s nails are spectacular! I’ve never seen anyone create such perfectly shaped nails.
I love coming to get my nails done in such a relaxing and peaceful environment, as a busy mom and business owner it really makes my day!
I wouldn’t go any where else. Definitely recommend.

I loved this place and I have always wish to give them 5 stars but this last time I was there I am very disappointed. I got my nails done on may 23 and before a week had passed 3 of my nails started coming off and then they fixed them for free and literally the next day another one came off. I know they may fix this one as well now, but it’s just not worth it because I come from central city to this nail place in white rock that it’s just not worth the 35 min drive. I initially started coming here because they would be so good at nail design, but now it’s disappointing become I paid 100 dollars for the nails to just fall of before the 2nd week mark. At this point I literally just want a refund

I went to salon friday May 19 celebrating my birthday. I booked with Sheila because I have heard that she is very nice and does really good work. From the moment I got there I felt that she didn’t like me or something she barely said hi so I began to show her what I wanted. It was some Almond long nails I requested to be done.so she began to do her work and she started cutting them short, but in the end she was not really communicating so I just kind of let her do her work. So when she started filing, I noticed that the nails were really short and stubby and I didn’t like it so I told her if there’s anyway we can fix it she said no we cannot fix it. We can’t go from small to long and I said to her yes but I don’t like it. It’s too small so she said I couldn’t do it about it. She was just not really being fair. She didn’t really care what I was telling her so she ended up changing me to another girl that works there and she walked away and started doing other things like cleaning. I just ended up telling the new girl that she put me with just take them off and that I wasn’t going to proceed any service with them and they said yes it was OK. They didn’t look very happy about it. I could hear them talking in their own way. So I walked out and they had no words or comfort for me even though I was so happy that I was going to be able to have some nails done and it was too late to get my nails somewhere else done so I think it’s very important that the salon takes into account there attitude and behaviour towards customers and to respect each individual. I personally will not go that again and I think that you should do your reviews before you go.

Wow! This is the best nail salon- hands down! (Pun intended!) I refuse to go anywhere else. Sheila and all the team at Haute Nails are truly talented nail professionals. My nails last amazingly long and my nails grow fast. I’ve never had issues with my nails lifting and my crystals always stay in until I’m ready for a fill and they have to remove them. The products they use are top notch. I’m honestly cannot understand why anyone would post about a negative experience at Haute Nails. I’ve been going there since they opened. In the first few years I tried a couple of other salons and always had issues with the quality. I am a devoted Haute Nails client and I’m never disappointed. This place rocks!

Showed them a photo of exactly what i wanted. Fairly basic french nails with a little twist. I was tried of getting results that was were far off so i insistently asked if they could do it and they said yes. They then proceeded to do whatever they wanted in the end. Why is it so hard just to say you cant do it. I dont mind finding the right place.

Wow this is honestly such a crazy experience. The girls do a decent job for the nails but I’ve had 5 nails break in less than a week after a fill! They fix it for free but I am honestly just so mind blown the nails are just breaking off so easily. The quality of the powder must be extremely poor. What a stressful experience and I won’t be coming back. I’ve had long long nails for years and never had any issues at my previous places.
