Havana Vancouver

Chill spot with nice drinks, the Brazilian inspired dish is the best by far. The Cuban/Spanish inspired dishes are ok.

Overall is great. Tasty drinks and food was good, not amazing.
Note though, the dinner menu is pretty limited.
Not this visit but previously, their brunch menu is incredible.

Fantastic evening out with friends. Food was delicious and our server was wonderful. We went on a Saturday evening so it was a bit noisy, but that to be expected for such a popular restaurant.

I really like the drinks, the concept of the pub is literally "havana from cuba" which is really cool in raincity but. My girlfriends and I were expecting latin music to feel the caribe mood and instead of that you have the clasic english pop music which is not bad but is not the concept of the pub.
I didnt have food so no comments about it.
Price are really good.

We only stopped for cocktails so can't comment on the food.

We got two of their signature cocktails:

1. The Lacaton (I am sure I have misspelt it) was tangy and sweet - you could barely taste the alcohol. 3/5

2. The clarified Maitai - this one I enjoyed. A complex flavour profile and spirit heavy. Very tasty.

This is a great place to come with your friends and family. The atmosphere is lovely. The service is also great. Mia, our server was so friendly and sweet. This for me is really important since a rude server can just make the whole experience of dining out to be horrible.
Since it was a party of 8 people, we ended up tasting a lot of their menu. I really enjoyed their spicy pineapple Marg.
The Tostadas, Plantain chips, Nachos, Tacos and their enchiladas were honestly not too great. I was expecting more out of them. I found the carnitas tacos to be too dry for my palate.
We also ordered a pitcher of their Passion Fruit Cocktail which was okish.

All in all, a great vibe but very average food.

Ok good overall, mussels taste so good as they’re babies, burger is just ok, buns are kinda hard. Also ordered deep fried plantains, tostones, tastes plain too. Ordered wrong one tho, if you want those ones in pictures, deep fried chips, they’re avocado tostones.
Sangria is really nice tho, loved it.
Attentive and welcoming service, the server is wonderful, checked multiple times if we like the meals etc.

I was disappointed at Havana’s food and drink and the churros were so oily we couldn’t eat them. The server was great but he couldn’t change the taste of the food. I wouldn’t go back.

Had a nice Sunday brunch here, coffee, caeser, chorizo hash all on point. Brought the pup and found the extended patio to be very dog friendly. Highly recommend

Servers were thoughtful, friendly, but the food was so delicious. And the churro bombs at the end were out of this world!

My wife and I had a really nice time there on the sunny patio. My burger was delicious, her enchiladas were okay. Cold beer (lime lager).

Staff was judgemental and rude upon entering. The chicken on the empanada was very dry. My food was basically finished before I could ask for sour cream. My anxiety was over the roof when greeted at the door by multiple high maintenance Vancouver girls. I rarely go out because of this and will be staying clear from this place as I do not appreciate being made feel like that.
My mental health was not worth the tip and wish I didn’t.
Never ever ever again. Stay Clear.

Worst service in Vancouver. They will sit you at the bar for 30mins while there are ta a available to make the place look busy. The bar tenders are nice but the rest of the staff leave aot to be desired.

Really enjoyed the food, atmosphere. The service was awesome. Smile all over the place. Really loved it. I ate their 1212 Burger. It’s beef, medium done with grilled onions. Just awesome. I drank light beer and that tastes good as well. Really loved this place.

The food and drinks offered are of average quality, but the environment is comfortable, particularly the patio which provides a relaxing atmosphere during the summer. It's an ideal spot for gathering with friends and share the drink pincher.

The Havana Restaurant was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste of their cocktail and also their prices. The service was very good, although if they appeared more often, I believe we would have ordered more drinks during the birthday celebration we had there. I can highlight that they have an excellent Tequila shot. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. I would definitely visit again.

Love the ambiance, interiors, and whole vibe but plantbased options were lacking, food was almost cold when it arrived - cauliflower tacos and fries - and there was a small piece of hard plastic in my taco. Good good for patio but won't return for dining.

Laura was super kind and had incredible energy. I’m a server/bar manager myself and she really has the wow factor. Thanks for taking care of us! Keep her safe at all costs.

The interior is a lot nicer than the food.but it wasn’t too bad, just average.beautiful patio though!

I met some friends @ Havana Sunday afternoon. It was a beautiful day and we managed to get table on the patio. The waiter was excellent. Very attentive yet fun too. One of my friends split the fish tacos and plantain chips. The tacos were delicious and quite substantial. The plantain chips were not my thing, but my friend liked them. I also had a margarita, which was perfect on a hot sunny Sunday afternoon.

To clear, drinks, service and atmosphere is fantastic. However the food is mediocre at best. I would steer away from the Paella. Presentation looks great but lack taste. Fantastic spot for people watching and a good time on the drive.

Had lunch on the patio on a sunny afternoon. There was some shade, but sunglasses are recommended for when the sun moves. Had the fish tacos. It was really enjoyable.

Great vibe and staff here. The spicy pineapple margariata was delish, paella was excellent and a perfect size to share after some appies. But the Mariquitas and tostadas were both too salty and overcooked/crunchy for our tastes.
