Booked an appointment for rock chip repair on my Tesla after reading all the positive reviews from this business, however when i showed up for my appointment I was told that they won’t do rock chip repairs on tesla because Tesla won’t supply parts to them, I was confused because no parts are required for a simple rock chip repair, they told me only tesla can do the chip repair, I decided to get a second opinion across the street from Broco auto glass, they booked me in for the next day and job was completed to my complete satisfaction, my issue is this business should have told me that they won’t do rock chip repairs on teslas on the phone when I booked an appointment instead of wasting my time. So if anyone reading this review owns a Tesla take your business across the street to Broco auto glass langley they do excellent work with excellent customer service.

Very satisfied, Haymach will do all the hard work ICBC and the service. You just sit back and relax, your vehicle will be done perfectly. Marc was very helpful such as answer questions on the phone and replying emails. Thanks Marc, highly recommended.

My back windshield was smashed this last weekend and the guys at Haymack truly made it the easiest process to get it fixed. They got me in immediately and my suv was back to new in no time. They even passed along a tip for me to check my additional insurance coverage to see if I could get my deductible reimbursed and they were right! I would have never even thought of this. So friendly and helpful.

Great turnaround time and excellent service! They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment at quite short notice. Had a great experience, and the staff were warm and friendly. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Simply the best service from good, honest, reliable people - a rare experience. Mark installed my rear window in a few hrs to make sure I had the car for the weekend. He helped with ICBC and with getting back my wiper from another glass company. Most importantly he found a window for my old PT when no one else could! I couldn't be happier and not just because I got my car fixed. Stumbling across decent people these days is a pleasure that stays with you.

Recently used Haymack to replace the windshield in my girlfriends Explorer. What was supposed to be a simple replacement turned out to not be so simple when we found out the sensors built into the windshield could not be properly calibrated. This is where things usually end up in a negative review situation but it's how they handled it that warrants 5 stars. The team kept us up to speed the entire time with what the issue was and the steps they were taking to resolve it. Provided pickup service for the vehicle, ordered a second windshield which proved to solve the issue, cleaned the vehicle and even put gas in it (we did not leave enough fuel for them as we did not plan for the multiple trips). This was our second time using Haymack and the above and beyond service makes them our go-to for glass.
