Hazpro has done two small asbestos jobs for me now. Both went flawlessly, with excellent communication and messaging from the lead on the projects Josh. Price was competitive, and they were able to get the work done within a very short timeframe in both cases.

Hazpro provided excellent service and went above and beyond on a particular problem we encountered.

We bought a hoarder house that was a 9/10 on the rat infestation scale. The attic was absolutely packed with garbage and PILES of rat poop, pee, and carcasses. Every crevice, all through the insulation, and all over the wood.

I did numerous quotes with other companies and not only was Hazpro the best price, but they did an incredible job making the house liveable. I've lived in my house for two years now and I have not seen a SINGLE piece of rat poop. That sounds funny, but since there were literally pounds upon pounds of rat poop throughout this entire house, I assumed I'd at least come across a few leftover pieces, especially in the attic.

Nope! The attic was once my most feared place in the house, and I've since had zero issues with going up there knowing it's totally clean and safe. I should've written this review sooner but I kinda forgot with all the chaos at the time. I'm a very satisfied customer though and every time I go into the attic I think about how grateful I am!

When we started to plan our kitchen reno, we knew we probably had asbestos. Hazpro was able to remove all of the drywall and mud safely and quickly. I would highly recommend this company!

We had a leak in the basement and called Haz Pro to see if we had a potential mold problem. Curtis came over the next day and investigated the area thoroughly, looking for mold and tested to see if there was any elevated moisture in the walls. He gave us a clean bill of health!

Curtis and the whole team were great. They even got rid of a few extra things for us. The place they cleaned up is actually quite clean, cleaner than it was before they had to rip off the old wall paneling and drywall. And they were quick, efficient, on time and great at keeping us up to date on what was happening.

Hazpro assisted our Strata with attic treatments. It was a big project - over 25 attics. The cost was reasonable and Bryce and team did a great job organizing the work with the individual owners. If your strata needs a team that can get a difficult job done I highly recommend.
