You can certainly trust Mark and the team at Headland to deliver a top quality project on time, on budget and enjoy the experience along the way.
We've worked with Headland for over 10 years now and we simply can't say enough about how great Headland is. They are extremely organized, produce the highest quality work, and price projects realistically before landing the job (this is something that not all contractors can say). We've worked with Headland on single family homes, town homes, and condos and can say that every type of project was treated with the same respect, importance and consistency. Extra bonus, the strata management has never been upset or established any complaints with Headland or their trades.

Mark and the team at Headland are a breath of fresh air in the construction industry! I’ve worked with them on many projects and they consistently take excellent care of our clients and their dream homes to the highest standards. Mark’s ability to prepare detailed budgets, and workflow’s ahead of construction allows for an efficient job site and an enjoyable process at every stage of construction. They’re professional, realistic, talented and always a positive crew to work with. Highly recommend.

We just completed our 2nd major renovation with Headland. Engaging with Mark and his team was a no-brainer. Their project management is excellent and the results from the first project were wonderful. We felt confident that we would be in good hands.
The recent renovation was delayed several months by strata. It was a last minute delay and Mark was accommodating and put as much in place as possible while we waited for a start date. This also created a time crunch towards the end of the project. Headland worked tirelessly to make sure we could occupy the suite when we needed to be out of our temporary accommodation.
Working in condominiums is always challenging and our building is no exception. But, our concierge staff were extremely happy with the way that Mark’s staff and the trades interacted with them. Renovations can be very disruptive and challenging.to neighbouring suites. Mark’s crew were respectful of work hours and of our soon to be neighbours.
One of the things that is most outstanding is the quality of work. The overall result is beautiful and functional and the attention to detail extremely good. We are very happy with the results and would’t hesitate to engage the Headland team again if we were doing another renovation.

We just completed an entire home renovation with Headland Construction. We met Mark Ellis on the recommendation of our interior designer in August of 2021 and we just knew that we wanted to work with Mark and his team of exceptional workers. Once the scope of our renovation was discussed, Mark provided us with a budget. Headland started the project on the day we agreed to and as the project moved along, Mark always communicated with us. Mark and his team were always available to us. They respond to questions immediately and always reminded us to contact them if we needed to. If an issue arose, Headland would always discuss it with us before proceeding. They are very transparent and so trustworthy. All invoices are supported by the sub contractor's costs.
We were always made aware of the costs and Mark came in on budget and on time. Mark was aware of the desire to be back in our home by a specific date. He was true to his word!
Mark's team at Headland and the sub contractors he uses are the best. Besides being so professional and experienced at what they do, they were pleasant, polite and very respectful and knowledgeable about working in a strata building.
As well as coming in on budget and on time, Mark and his team's knowledge proved to be very valuable. They made good suggestions that in the end, were in the best interest for us.
The follow-up after the renovation also shows how they value their clients and the desire to have the home completed to perfection.
We would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team at Headland. We would never consider anyone else.

We were always made aware of the costs and Mark came in on budget and on time. Mark was aware of the desire to be back in our home by a specific date. He was true to his word!
Mark's team at Headland and the sub contractors he uses are the best. Besides being so professional and experienced at what they do, they were pleasant, polite and very respectful and knowledgeable about working in a strata building.

Headland did some interior and exterior renovations for us recently. Their work was excellent and the jobs were on, or under, budget. We would not hesitate to recommend Headland to anyone requiring a major renovation or a new home. Headland did some more recent work for us and their work continues to be great. Highly recommend Headland
