Mehdy is a knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner. He uses a mixture of gentle and forceful techniques to help with my chronic pain. It’s such a relief to have discovered him for pain management and I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been experiencing long term neck, back, and shoulder pain for which I have been seeking multiple practitioners for over 20 years. I had my first visit with Mehdy today, and I have already felt the most relief I have had in a very long time. He is very knowledgeable on how the body works, is very caring, skilled, professional, gentle and friendly. He explains everything thoroughly and asks you to provide feedback. I will definitely be going back to him for more treatments, and would highly recommend him. I am just so very happy, and feel very lucky to have found Mehdy. I also like that he gives the patient homework- exercises to help maintain our bodies new alignment post treatment. I give him 5 stars for his excellent service.

In short: Excellent service. Mr Mehdy is trustworthy and patient. I have been dealing with neck and lower back pain for years. He gave a different perspective and made me go through a healthy cycle of routine exercises until my pain vanished. Truly remarkable.

He's very passionate about his profession, very pleasant person, has a strong work ethic, provides with you genuine advice, cares more about the experience than money. I was in a car accident in 1999. Since then I’ve suffered chronic pain. Although I’ve seen many different therapists, many who were able to resolve one thing or another, none who were able to resolve my pain. I’ve only seen Mehdy Mahjoub once but he resolved pain I’d had for 8 weeks, that nothing else solved. Even more important, he provided me with exercises to deal with it myself. There is nothing more empowering than being able to alleviate your own pain. His assessment, treatment and exercises are among the best I’ve ever had, in all these years. He is a talented specialist. One I highly recommend.

My first appointment with Mehdy was far better than I had hoped for. Informative but most importantly, I got a lot of relief. A very caring and capable young man that puts his patients first. Highly recommend.

Mehdy is a wonderful Manual Osteopath! He is very knowledgeable, gentle, caring and above all masters his practice very well. I have been seeing him for my chronic back pain and migraines. His cranial technique is just AWESOME!

I have had 3 sessions with Mehdy and they were plenty to see dramatic improvements in my shoulder mobility and neck pain. I definitely appreciated the time he took to listen and give me a sustainable advice/treatment. I could see that he truly cared about what I was saying/feeling and to this day, am still applying the advice he gave me and I made the changes that needed to be done. I had to go back to my home city unfortunately otherwise I would have surely been a regular client of Mehdy's.

I went to Headspace Chronic Pain Clinic and Medhy quickly identified my breathing issues and worked with me to correct me breathing technique. In addition he used a craniosacral therapy technique to help me calm down. I feel better. Incredible work! Would recommend.
