Awesome place. Super helpful, patient, knowledgeable. And when I bought the wrong size shoes, exchange was completely hassle free. Also the best place in Victoria to try on barefoot style shoes as they have a great variety. I recommend this place to everyone.

Not only did you have the best price for what I was looking for, it also arrived promptly and earlier than I would’ve expected. Then there was the thoughtful wrapping, making it feel like someone actually took time to ensure it was packaged well. Been coming here since opening. Very knowledgeable staff and always great customer services. There’s always tea/snacks samples which is always a plus!

As a point of good customer service, when it was pretty obvious that I wasn't going to walk in with my dog because I stopped at your door, asking if you could help with anything, instead of launching into your no dog policy, might be a better way to approach things.

I love supporting locally owned businesses especially when they carry quality products unique to other stores. The fact they source out natural health food supplements and is educated about how it supports our health makes a difference along with the good service provided. Staff are always welcoming and friendly to take care of my needs. I like the speakers they bring in regularly with topics that educated us how to help ourselves healthwise. It’s my favorite go to place.
