I was referred to health one physio by a prior fitness trainer in the mission area. I am so glad he gave me the recommendation! Gurpreet is kind, efficient, punctual, attentive, thorough and caring. She has really helped me with my rehab for a torn ACL. The front staff are also very pleasant and I feel appreciated when I come in. Overall, a really great experience.

I receive outstanding service at Physio One from both Jen and Jayson. Their knowledge and intuition help them to deliver very effective treatment.

After only one session with Jayson using the needles, there are great mobility advances on my shoulder. Just had second visit. Whoa.he could get deeper into the muscles but, as expected more initial pain while doing so. I am looking fwd to seeing next stage of mobility

This was a very great experience. Went in with an extremely sore knee/leg and Jayson explained the injury I sustained in layman’s terms and then proceeded to needling, laser and cold compress. He also gave me exercises to do at home. I actually walked out of there with very little pain.

I have been seeing Jayson over the last few years for various injuries (elbow, back, knee, wrist) ; he is by far the best physiotherapist. I recently had a knee (meniscus) injury; it was so painful and debilitating, I was worried I wouldn't regain my full range of motion. Jayson assessed me, outlined a treatment plan, and reassured me that my knee would get better without requiring surgery. His assessment was very accurate and I have fully recovered thanks to his skill and knowledge. We are now working on strengthening my knee in order to prevent any future injuries.

I am so grateful to have Jayson as my physiotherapist; he is vitally important to my health regimen.

Start to finish, HealthOne Physiotherapy was easy to work with. From the appointment set up, online intake form, text reminders and at the actual appointment, there was clear and fast scheduling. Jenifer was very comfortable and easy to understand and made me feel like I had been seeing her for a while, even though it was the first appointment. She explained what was causing the discomfort I have had for years and how to work towards lessening it in a way that made me finally feel like someone not only believed me, but was going to help.

Trevor is great! Good listener, and welcomes all questions with enthusiasm. No pun intended: but I'm in good hands

This is second experience with Physio, so I/we, my wife accompanied me, so this is a joint opinion. So, unlike first experience a couple of years ago we were skeptical, BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find this young person so patient, empathetic, took time to explain process and observe me do each exercise, which given my inability to initially grasp directions, she did admirably well. We left with optimism physio may actually enhance my health and hopefully mostly restore my shoulder mobility. We'll see what results are produced at our second visit next week.

Jas is fantastic! I have been seeing him for the past couple years. Always gets to the root of the problem. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him!

Had a great experience with Jaskaran (Jas) Dhanoa, had IMS done for lower back issues. Jas was very professional, helpful and found the root cause of the problem. Treated me and showed me exercises to help with my issues. I highly recommend going and seeing Jas.

Jayson is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Brought my 10 year old daughter in with extreme foot pain and Jayson knew immediately what was causing her pain, and was able to reduce her pain a lot already in one session. We have exercises and ice/heat to do at home but after years in pain we have hope that we can turn this around. Thank you Jayson!

I initially saw Cameron and despite having to transition to Trevor due to insurance coverages, Cameron continued to follow up with my progress and provided recommendations. He took time to do this for an entire month through email, to ensure I was well taken care of and until the transition was finalized. If that doesn't speak of dedication and genuine medical care, I'm not sure what would.

I also had a wonderful experience with Trevor who carried with him an infectious energy, is approachable, knowledgeable and takes the time to work with you as a team. Trevor made the communication and transitions from rehabilitation back into work feel seamless and effortless.

I would recommend this clinic if you're looking for genuine and qualified therapists, who not only excel in their profession, but also bring a holistic approach into their medical practice.

Ruban Dhillon is amazing! She has a strong powerful hands, when she touch and massage my injury site, i can feel it thru my bone, even though she just massage it gently. The first day i talked to her, she knows whats going on and right away touch where the pain and massage it gently. I rarely find a PT that is gifted with powerful hands like her. In 15 to 20 minutes of her time, she give all she can to massage and anything else that is needed to heal my injury and make it better and better every session with her. I highly recommend her!

Ruban is knowledgeable and professional and I was comfortable with her. This is only the second time I have done physio, the last time I went to a different business and they did not provide the same level of professionalism or or give me the exercise info I required. My husband and I have been seeing Sam (Hussam Hakeem) for at least 5 years now. He is an efficient and effective Physiotherapist. But more than that, he possesses a wonderful bedside manner that is sadly lacking in a lot of health care professional nowadays. He takes the time to explain the procedure, and expected outcome of the treatment he will provide.
He patiently shows home care exercises that fits the patient's needs and ability.
I recommend him to family, friends as well as to patients I see who can benefit from the treatments and home care exercises he provides.

Great experience for the very first time! I had a huge back pain like my labor pain! Every little movement was likes sharp spasms! They answer the phone right away this morning! Very helpful staff at the front desk! Physiotherapist was knowledgeable and helpful! Answered all my questions and I am already feeling better! I know that I was lucky but I got in a very short period of time (same day from cancellation list)! On the plus side that I didn’t needed a referral from family doctor! Thank You!
