Something has def changed at this clinic for the better. In the past the phone used to just keep ringing. Two days in a row the receptionist actually picked up the phone and took the trouble to slot us in for an appointment. Makes life so much easier for all.

Dr. Helene M.is one of the best family doctor in Richmond. The service in the clinic is really good.

Sometimes you have to wait long, but that is part of the package with every clinic I have ever been in Vancouver.

Really convenient location and easy access with free parking and no stairs.

This was my totally dependable family doctor since I was a kid, but I haven't needed to go in a few years. Called to make an appointment and was told they deleted my file after 2 years with no visits, and weren't taking 'new' patients. I had no idea they could dump patients without even alerting them?

Was told my medical records from my previous GP (who closed their practice) are being stored at this clinic. I have been calling the clinic for over a week now, at various times of their work day and do not get an answer. The phone rings and rings and rings, one time it rang for 2 minutes with no answer or recording. I would hate to be an actual patient of this clinic!

Ok. I know you see the low score on their review.but keep in mind that it is probably walk in patients who were made to wait to see a doctor. It is impossible for the front office staff to guesstimate the wait.and I know how annoying this can be. They really do care, and trust me, they also want to get you in and out as fast as possible So I think the score is unfair. I give them 5 stars, and 2 for our system which is to blame for long waits. They have always been polite and helpful with me.

Love them since the first day I came here for my first time pregnancy test and now I have 2 babies.the receptionists are friendly and really helpful. The doctors are so patiently listening to our problems and explain us clearly and carefully.

The fact that a medical centre.let me say it again.medical centre has a 2.1 star rating says enough about the level of service and patient care received at this place. DON'T BOTHER folks! This isn't a coffee shop with old stale coffee and bad donuts, it's a place where you go when you are desperately looking for compassionate medical advice by caregivers so take the 2.1 star rating seriously. Not only are the front desk staff rude and belligerent but they lie through their teeth. I called in to get a prescription from my doctor and the way she greeted me was horrible, she cut me off in the middle of me explaining my intentions and said "Okay, what are you asking me? " Jeez, let me finish "Customer Service Queen"! Then after I told her about the refill she said she would put the note on my doctor's desk while trying to get me off the phone ASAP. And wouldn't you know it, my prescription wasn't filled until a week and half later after the doctor personally called me from his cell phone after I basically called their office multiple times to re-confirm and insist something was wrong. Yup the fax number she gave me was wrong.

She ended up lying to my doctor telling him I yelled at her. All I said was she needs to learn customer service skills and to be more compassionate which I said rather calmly. Terribly sorry I hit a truthful nerve, truth hurts doesn't it? I had to explain to my doctor about the circumstances because over the 7 years he's been my doctor, I've never had any issues until he moved his practice under this facility.

Then one day, I was waiting in the lobby waiting room area full of young families and sick children and one of the receptionists yelled at everyone to keep it down: "Can everyone keep it down, I'm on the phone over here! " she said rudely. Let me clarify, you are a family practice, meaning there will be young, sick children there whom will make noise.it's the nature of the beast. Seriously, do us all the favor and quit your job already.better yet, Mr. /Mrs.facility manager wake up and let them go! Blame and condemn hundreds of patients in Richmond to avoid holding 3 receptionists accountable for their work ethic.very 'smart'! What kind of medical clinic has a "won't tolerate rude customers policy" sign displayed like a plaque of pride? Only the ones that have a history of poor customer service, no business acumen and a lack of empathy toward their patients (again this is NOT a fast food chain on Hastings Street so no need for the sign). Why on earth would you follow a career in helping others when it's the thing that irritates you the most? You should be ashamed of yourselves.how do you sleep at night? Or do you relish on being rude to sick patients at their time of need watching them suffer? I wish my doctor didn't land in this hellhole, otherwise I would've gone somewhere else. He is a great doctor too bad he is surrounded by these front desk bullies. PS - front desk staff, we aren't there for you so don't flatter yourselves.you aren't a doctor and the job you're supposed to be doing you're not good at.jump off the 'high horse' saddle and grow up.this isn't high school.
