Absolute garbage of a clinic. No help whatsoever. Turning away a patient on the verge of a nervous breakdown. How do you know they’re not suicidal? Wouldn’t even talk to the person. Trash doctors. DO NOT go if you value your health

I see Dr. Bushra as my GP and I feel very grateful for her. She’s always been so kind to me and investigative when I have had health concerns. She’s been so quick to respond and offer to help me find specialists to take care of things. She’s made me feel like I can ask her anything and she takes care of me.

When I came to her with some general health concerns she ran an entire panel that was very in depth. Anyone I talked to was impressed in the level of care she’s taken with me. I feel very lucky.

Also major compliments to the ladies in the office in particular Aman has been very helpful. Thanks ladies!

My family have been going to this clinic for 4 years now. They run a clean clinic, the staff is friendly face to face or over the phone even if there's some language barrier at times and the doctors don't rush. I have referred my co-workers years ago and they themselves are still going there. *Two thumbs*

Called and waited for 7 minutes only to be told that the walk in clinic was closed and that if I wasn’t a patient there they could not help me in person or by phone. Not good.

A walk in clinic that doesn't see walk ins, only treats patients over the phone? Thats like going to see your physio and them saying I don't come into the office anymore I will tell you how to stretch over the phone because.covid? But wait no physiotherapists continued to see patients in person despite the pandemic.hmmmmm.

DO NOT GO HERE! You’ve been warned! I’ve been a “patient” of this clinic since they opened. I say the word Patient lightly as I have not been in often as every experience has been less than satisfying.

I stopped making appnts Dr. Bushra a few years ago when she made rude and inappropriate remarks about my weight while I was having a pap done. This created a lot of trauma around seeing a doctor.

Today I needed an emergency doctors consult, for an issue that requires an actual in person visit, but they only book
telehealth appnts. I sat in my car at work for 1 hour past my appnt time. I took an hour of unpaid time from work that was wasted by Dr. Bushra. She never showed up, and I didn’t get any kind of call or email follow up! The only reason I still list her as my doctor or try to make any appointments is because finding a doctor these days in impossible! Let alone a female doctor!
But at this point, I give up and I’m done with this clinic!
Now I have to call around, find a walk-in doctor to actually see me and hope I don’t end up in the hospital for something I SHOULD HAVE been able to see my doctor for!

Fast to book a phone appointment. They have the option to book online or even call their reception to book a phone appointment with the doctor. Doctor was precise and thorough with their tests. If you miss the phone appointment by a few mins you can call their clinic right back.

Big problem with the management.
Good doctors, but the worst receptionists. They are rude and unprofessional. No excuse to hold on the call and interrupt my talking, no patience, no polite conversation. They usually show their bad peaky faces and like uneducated! Bad reputation in the community because these receptionists.

The most ridiculous thing is, if my family doctor not in site, other doctors will not take me. The receptionist let me choose other walk-in clinics or go to the hospital. Is Healthway a walk-in clinic anymore? They are SO RUDE and try to push the patients away!

The receptionist is very rude, hang up my phone in one minute. You can not make an appointment or contact doctors through the receptionist

When I asked do you accept the walk in? They said yes, but the next available spot is one week later…. I want to say that don’t please say you accept walk in and mislead people. The receptionist is kinda rude and not respectful. Think third before you come.

I had a good experience in this clinic. Doctors are really helpful, professional and compassionate always listening the problem don’t make any rush
Front staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

These people Are denying me any help whatsoever and saying i need to go to the hospital when all i need is a note to get an x-ray for my knee which i’ve obtained from here many months before now their is a new doctor and she is terrible.

The worst clinic in Canada. They are always lying and they even curse patients. Avoid this place. Sad excuse of a clinic.

Very rude receptionist. I left multiple voicemails and they were never replied back.
So I wasted one month of my time just to get ahold. Finally they picked up my call one then i had to wait 25mins on hold, even after that the rude receptionist told me that they will give me a call back whenever it’s my turn and that could be 6-7months. Hey hey that’s not the wait time for treatment, it’s the wait time to just get their initial call.

This is the WORST receptionist that I have even seen in Canada. I called one day before the appointment to check the availability of the vaccine shot that I need for the doctor appointment. The receptionist confirmed. However, when I come to the appointment the receptionist said it is not. And this lady shout to me and curse me.

Complete garbage they are breaking the law refusing to see patients in person at all even though dr told me on the phone he needed to see e in person but said the clinic is no longer seeing patients in person. And before this they refysed to treat any patients who did not have both of their covid shots

Was on the phone for 20 minutes, the staff never answered, and their music is horrible while being on hold, I finally hung up.

Great medical clinic, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Loke taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options.

I hate writing a review but i am writing this review because these guys are so unprofessional and rude.i wish i can give this clinic 0 star.worst clinic.

No one taking me but with the help of these guys I took my Rx. Through medimap, thanks guys, they are really helpful.

Absolutely worst receptionists, always trying to push off work and requests. It’s been 2-3 months since I had my labs and they never managed me to send a single email or call me, every time I call in they say doctor would call me and they never ever did. Just shut down already or fire the receptionists please, their english is also downright horrible, not trying to be racist as I am also an immigrant. I been coming here since high school, I think it’s about time I switch to another clinic, I suggest everyone do the same too.

Came here to get help after my original doctor at another location moved. Due to the nature of my condition I know I am not the easiest patient but Dr. Mahmood and the staff did an amazing job helping me and put up with my constant phone calls.

My paperwork took a little longer than expected however it was completed with quality and Dr. Mahmood and the staff went above and beyond to help and provided extra documents and information.

Definitely check out this clinic if you need help or are looking for a good doctor.

I Pulled a muscle badly, which affected my ability to breathe. This was immensely painful. My past experience with hospitals and long line ups made me think going to a clinic might be better. The naproxen she gave me was a very weak muscle relaxant and i told her "i already took naproxen and it didn't work" to my surprise, the extra strength she gave me didn't work.so I ended up having to go to a hospital. I only ended up needing a couple actual muscle relaxants i was supplied with from the hospital. I felt better ever since. It's been quite some time.several days actually and i'm okay.

I didn't want to resort to painkillers but my pain was so severe it didn't feel like i had an option. Hopefully i will never be in the position again to feel like i have to, as i'd imagine no doctor including her is open minded and caring enough to perscribe anything more than a perscription strength over the counter medication. Doctors just assume their patients level of pain and don't listen to them anymore. No wonder people end up using illegal drugs to help with pain, i'm so embarrassed to have to write such a bad review about a Doctor. I decided to be nice and leave out her name because i believe people deserve another chance. No matter how bad their mistakes were. I also don't think she's ever had any significant physical trauma or pain in her life to understand that sometimes naproxen can't cut it.

She didn't apply much pressure when inspecting me, she touched very lightly and without inspecting in between my ribs (serious mistake) because as it turns out intercostal muscles played a role here and applying pressure is how you check for muscle injuries. I think she just didn't know what interostals were. She told me she thought there could be an air pocket in my chest and she wanted me to drive around town to get an x ray which never sent in any results. She threw the "emergency surgery" term around very loosely. Thanks, for the panic attack. This wasn't anything more than a muscular strain which is what i was diagnosed with at a hospital. Thankfully she doesn't work in emergency because i would be concerned to say the least.

The doctor at the hospital said what she gave me was basically " a cousin of advil" If you are in serious pain, go somewhere else. I saw another review of someone else who had a similar experience of being in pain and not being treated properly. *BEWARE*

The most rude receptionists i’ve met.i went in for mental health reasons and i was mocked, second-guessed, and treated poorly because of my age.took me almost an hour to convince the receptionists on the phone that they can do a mental health assessment and after many many minutes of me saying the same thing over and over, it finally clicked in her brain that they DO do that there.when i finally went into the clinic, i was treated like i was a joke and it was the same reluctance and non-belief and i was so anxious to go in in the first place and when i finally got an assessment, they NEVER sent the results to me or told me when they received it.so i never went back and got my family doctor to ask them to fax it and they never responded to them until a month later and it felt like they just threw it in my face with disrespect.will go out of my way to tell anyone and everyone to never go here.just because someone is a certain age, or going in for mental health reasons does not mean you should treat them with such a cold, disrespectful demeanour.

I have recieved more professional and thorough care from within the blood and feces stained walls of an Indian hospital.

All the doctor wanted to do was run out of the room, they only care about getting as many MSP invoices sent out as possible. After taking less than 2 minutes to treat me, I had to remind the doctor to look at another worrying area. She just brushed it off, and didnt answer my questions. SHE SENT ME OUT THE DOOR WITHOUT TELLING ME THAT THE VIRUS COULD SPREAD TO THE GENITALS. No education, no warnings, I eventually got proper advice from a real doctor rather than a quack.

Most of these 5 star reviews must be fake, I mean just read some of them.

I am so thankful I have found Dr. Bushra. I was not only neglected but misdiagnosed by my so called (now ex) family doctor and a specialist she sent me to. I have been very unwell for 4 months but feel like I am finally getting the help I need by connecting with Dr. Bushra and her immediate follow-up to my serious medical concerns.
I would have given 5 stars but dealing with reception can be a challenge.:)

Good walk in and by appointment. As I don’t have a family doc, I go here for all my doctoring needs. All three doctors have fantastic bedside manner. I find booking by phone or online to be quite easy. Walk-in is sometimes no wait, but can be over 30mins during a busy time - which is a lot better than most walk-in’s! I’ve been seeing them several times a month for a wart, and the doctors all know me now, make jokes, etc. The front desk does a good job; certain attendants are not the most friendly and could stand to smile a bit more while others are friendly and professional. Also, all have heavy accents so l that could make communicating in English frustrating.

Wow, this clinic is milking the already poor medical system in B. C. My boyfriend tried to book in for the walk-in and all you get is a 5 minute appointment. If you need ANY paperwork filled out he was told, by the rather rude reception, $50 PER PAGE. He had 4 pages for Work Safe = $200. Go anywhere but here, total cash grab for paperwork it's Doctor's taking advantage of people. It's just Gross.

Very rude ESL reception. Dr Bushra is clueless and doesn't care. This clinic is milking the system. I recommend going ANYWHERE else. In addition, since having posted a negative review, the clinic has blocked my phone number. How completely unprofessional.
