I love the owners mission statement of providing healthy food to Vancouver.honestly hard to do especially for a Asian noodle dish but he has managed it. The broth tastes delicious yet homemade (no msg). Both my mom and I appreciated it!

If you don’t want to feel sluggish after a bowl of hot noodle soup, this is the place to be. Little place to grab quick, tasty, and wholesome lunch/snack! You definitely taste the crisp and freshness of the vegetables, and the broth is flavourful but still light enough that you can actually finish. The pork dumplings also tasted fresh with no deep-freezer smell, and we HIGHLY recommend adding some of the house-made chilli sauce to your bowl! I don’t have a huge appetite and I found my udon on the smaller portion size though, so I’d definitely recommend paying $1.25 more for extra noodles to feel more satisfied. Honestly zero complaints in terms of flavours, service, cleanliness, and how you feel after, but it is little on the pricier side for what it is. Nonetheless we love supporting local small businesses that serves good food!

Delicious, friendly, and homey! Must add the chilli sauce to the soup cause its sooooo tasty! Its close to UBC so this place is perfect for lunch.

The noodles and dumplings were delicious! I included bak choy mushrooms and carrots. The house made chili sauce is also very tasty. Adds that extra umami flavor. It satisfied my cravings and with the added bonus of being healthier without any preservatives! I highly recommend this establishment. The owner and server were so very nice

This restaurant is pretty much what the restaurant name is. Very simple, light meal. Not salty, good price, good amount of ingredients.

There are so many things to love about this place.

Firstly, the food (customizable noodle soup) was delicious. I especially loved the unpretentious way that my bowl of noodle soup allowed its great flavor to speak for itself. Speaking of flavor, their homemade chilli sauce was to die for. It is apparently possible to buy some separately to take home, but they were all sold out when I went (no surprise there). Needless to say, I will be back to grab a jar for myself.

Secondly, the atmosphere (that of a small and tidy family-run restaurant) was extremely pleasant. I find it a bit weird even to call this place a "restaurant, " as it felt at times as if I were being fed from an old friend's home kitchen.

In fact, the whole experience was reminiscent of countless amazing home-cooked meals I've had at friends' houses in Shanghai: no unnecessary frills- just quality comfort food made by quality people. I almost stopped myself from writing this review for fear of attracting further attention to this truly beautiful and (relatively) hidden gem, but as someone before me noted, this place deserves attention.

So fresh and tasty. The shop is well kept with a lovely atmosphere, the owner incredibly friendly and the options plentiful (especially if you have dietary restrictions like wheat sensitivity). Will be back for sure.

The food is very healthy and tastes amazing. Plus the food is ready almost immediately (15-20 min at most). This restaurant is our go-to if we want a great meal in a short amount of time. We especially like the hot sauce which can be added to the soups or bought on its own. We'd recommend this place to anyone - support this small business!

Delicious simple and fresh noodle bowls. Nothing fancy here, but if you are craving a bowl of noodles with fresh vegetables in a delicious broth, this is the place. They don't use oil in their cooking so it makes for a light meal. The homemade chili oil topping is delicious!

I read lots of amazing reviews about people going on and on about how amazing the broth is. I was super disappointed & personally It was one of the most flavourless broths I’ve ever had. Unless you are looking for a very healthy option (no oil, no msg, etc.) I wouldn’t recommend this place to a real soup lover.

Everyone is on about the noodles, and they are phenomenal. Perfect balance of flavors. You never finish feeling heavy or like you've just downed a container of salt. One thing that is not mentioned enough, their homemade chili sauce. How this flies under the radar is beyond me. Grab a jar when you are there next time and sling that beautifully made sauce of the gods onto anything (Pizza, eggs, sandwich, or even you significant other). It makes everything better.brb gettin' mo' sauce.

I love coming here whenever I'm craving hearty homemade flavours or am feeling under the weather. You can customize your noodle selection and any meat/meat alternative add ons. The vegetable broth is light but delicious. It is easy to make your selections on the little checklist provided and you can choose however many varieties of veggies that are offered.

If you want feel full or prefer a bigger meal, I would recommend adding extra noodles and selecting min. 2 varieties of protein.

This restaurant is the place to go if you want homey food made by someone who truly loves his noodle soups. The owner, Collin Lo, is so hospitable and kind. As my first time here, he explain how to order my noodles and even showed samples of what the different types of noodles were. The flavour of the soup is really light but when mixed with all the fresh veggies and noodles, it’s the perfect complement to make a delicious bowl. Come to this place! It is the definition of a hidden gem! They have one table outside so you can enjoy your fresh soup bowl!

Well what can I say.this is a special little restaurant; an incredibly lovely atmosphere to visit, and the owners are saints. I'd keep this place a secret if I could, but Healthy Noodle House deserves attention. Their soup is the height of simplicity; quite possibly the greatest bowl of soup I've ever had. After having a bowl of this stuff I feel invigorated, similarly to how one feels after an early morning walk through the forest. I really suggest you try it for yourself and see. You won't be disappointed.

This is a small hidden gem. Delicious noodles in a tasty broth with a variety of fresh vegetables and tasty meats, tofu, and mock meat options. Perfect spot for those who don't like the taste of high sodium and overly processed foods so much. You can see how the owner is devoted to his restaurant and the quality of its food.

Broth, hot sauce, and wontons also available to go. Gluten free options available for noodles. Lots of vegetarian options as well as the broth is vegetable-based. I love coming here to support this small family business.
