The staff did not hesitate to place an emergent refill order when I called 15 minutes before the closure time. And they ran overtime after the closure to prepare the order. Thank you so much for your kindness, support and flexibility!

The person working at the pharmacy yesterday was acting grumpy and rude. I asked simple questions and was made to feel like a bother. I will not be back for sure. Much better customer service at other IDA pharmacies around town!

I picked up a prescription this past Monday and was pleasantly surprised to receive a nice tutorial on using the medication. Good job on providing quality service.

Phoned in a prescription refill four hours before I went to pick it up. It was not ready. I was told that it would take 10 minutes. Only to be then told half an hour later that they didn’t even have the supplies. I transferred my prescription needless to say.

Such great service and help. The pharmacist and the team was just so kind. My grandma was visiting and needed some extra medications as she didn't have enough and she went above and beyond to help her out. Very impressed and now want to switch my prescriptions to here, as they are so caring and truly do show that they are there for the community. Thank you so much!
