All the staff are so warm and comforting. Veronica is so very lovely. We have had 2 family members pass in a couple months and she has beem so accommodating

When I first met with Veronica at Henderson’s Funeral Home in Abbotsford I was anxious and grief stricken. I wanted to honour my husband with a heartfelt funeral but really didn’t know where to begin. Veronica and her team gently guided me through the process giving me only as many decisions to make and lists to check off as I could manage. I felt respected and never pressured. Communication was excellent and supportive with Veronica even ‘just checking in’ to see how I was doing’. The staff assisted with many details that collectively would have been overwhelming especially answering phone calls about the service managing the condolences, even setting up the memorial tables prior to the service. I felt very cared for and supported through a very dark time. Most importantly though, I felt that my husband would have been very appreciative of the dignified care he and his family received. The service was simple and beautiful and the luncheon was delicious - the day was perfect and stress free. I was able to fully participate without the worry of the event details.
Overall, I am left with a beautiful memory of our association with Henderson’s.
