Had a great first time walk-in experience with excellent customer service from associate Arvin! Purchased 2 custom suits and 2 custom dress shirts with her help. She was very patient with us allowing us to take our time to choose from their large selection of high quality fabrics. She also provided us with a great deal on our purchase. Will definitely be visiting Herman's Menswear in the future and recommending it to my friends & family!

Arvind was super helpful and friendly when helping my husband select a suit. She was especially knowledgeable with customization when it comes to colour matching. Highly recommend for your men’s wear needs.

He even offered to alter my jacket with a tight deadline, ensuring I get it by tomorrow afternoon. The personalized service and dedication are commendable. Went to Herman to get my wedding tuxedo and a few suits for my boys, and they loved it, amazing service, kind, patient, thorough. Great for first time buyers or suit frequenters. Was helped by Amaan, and Haroon, they know what they ere doing, and answered any questions and made sure I looked good. Highly recommend.

Words can’t express how happy I am with my wedding suit from this amazing store. I went into the Langley location a couple months ago to get a suit for my wedding that was happening this month in October. They had the exact style I was looking for. Not only that, but when I went in, they were clearly busy with so many customers. However the owners kept apologizing and make sure to let us know we we were not forgotten and knew we were there and as soon as they were free came over to help. I loved that level of care and customer service. Hashmat was the gentleman who helped us. And he took his time and made sure I was happy with my choice and gave me options based on what I was looking for being something little more fancy with designs in the suit itself. They gave me a deal and even did alterations for me to make sure it fit perfectly. The suit was a huge hit at my wedding. The level of care, passion and respect they showed me and clearly the customers they were even helping shows why this store deserves all the hype it gets. I don’t need to look further for anymore. I found my one stop shop. Thank you again!

I am disappointed with their service. Nothing on time as they promised, after alterations no final touches to suit all extra threads on it. Not even ironed and properly packed.

A fantastic store with an incredible selection of suits to choose from for a variety of events. Brian was extremely welcoming to my family, patient during a busy time of the day and helpful when it came to picking out the right suit. With such a wide selection of colours and styles to choose from, it can be quite an overwhelming experience but he was knowledgeable enough to guide us through the process with great ideas and suggestions. I wouldn't hesitate to come back for any future suit needs.

We had the most lovely experience with Herman MensWear! Our wedding was in May 2022 and we had multiple family members from both mine and the groom's side purchase suits from here. We had multiple custom orders, and others off the racks. We especially appreciated Harun's attention to detail and the time he spent with us. The associates were also lovely, overall excellent customer service! We never felt rushed, nor did we doubt his ability to deliver- and he exceeded our expectations. The deliveries were on schedule and we did not have to stress about time. Each suit was perfect. We are so thankful to have had a family member recommend Herman MensWear- we will definitely be back & would highly recommend them.

The store has very vide collection for men and found their prices quite reasonable.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a quality made suit at an unbeatable price. I spent a while looking for a specific 3-piece suit of a certain colour, and Herman had the exact same suit. The suit was made extremely well and I received an unbeatable quote for it. Both owners, Haroon and Hashmat, are very friendly and helpful while giving expert advice and opinions on my suit's alterations and customizations which turned out amazing. This place beats the big retail suit shops, and their customer service is unmatched. The icing on the cake was the speed at which my customizations/alterations were made, the event I needed the suit was very close to the initial date the edits were made and I still received the suit on time! I will definitely be coming back for more suit needs. If you ever need a unique suit that catches the eyes of others, look no further!

Picked up a suit today that was custom made. The experience, customer service, knowledge, quality of the finished product, attention to details, selection. ALL of it was beyond expectations. VERY HAPPY. Highly recommend over other stores we visited.

Terrible customer service. I visited the store on a Friday at 11am a couple weeks ago but it was closed. I called and was told someone will be opening in 15-20 minutes so I went elsewhere in the meantime. I came back to the store at around 11: 45am and it was still closed, so I called back but was told someone is on the way from Langley and it will take another 30-40 minutes. This was a complete waste of my time and I’m glad I took my business elsewhere. The owner needs to update their hours online so customers aren’t wasting their time.

Herman MensWear is so amazing! I was at the grand opening and I have been shopping there ever since! They have a wide selection of various styles and looks that I have not seen in Vancouver. The material of all the merchandise is so pure and so elegant. I love how it’s a one stop shop, weather your looking for dress shirts, ties, bow ties, suits, shoes, coats you name it, they have it. Really one of the best places in town to get a quality suite. Harun's knowledge and expertise are unbeatable, got 2 suites from him for wedding functions quality speaks itself, the tailoring is on point. Will definitely be getting all suites from here from now on.
