I hate the people who work here. The worst service in North America. Absolute terrible. Like these people are mad to have to have customers. I love the brand but I will never set foot in here again.

I had a great shopping experience with sales Catherine. She is really professional and friendly. She gives good advices. The manager Willa is also very nice, I really enjoy chatting with her. Overal, it was a pleasant shopping experience with them.

I’ve shopped here for close to a year now and the customer service I received is always excellent. The sale associate is courteous and is very knowledgeable of the brand and its history, and she has a lot of patience to get to know me and understand my needs. The store itself is at a great location and they have good selection of purses and jewelries on display. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been shopping at Hermes Vancouver for over a year. The store is very well located, easy to park. Clean and organized displays always catch my eyes. The staff were friendly with good smiles. The quality of the products is exceptional, and the packaging was elegant and classy. Special thanks to my SA, Alice, who is very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We can carry out a conversation transparently and she always helps us to find the right products for myself and my family. Highly recommend to visit for a luxury gift or a treat for yourself.

I always have a wonderful experience at the Hermes Vancouver. I am always greeted by an associate soon after entering, and they are all very friendly. The store does get busy sometimes but usually it is a short wait to get assistance. Alice is the best sale associate that I have been in contact with. She is very hard working, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very patient. She has always made me feel welcomed, and she is very helpful in finding the perfect items to match what I want. I always leave the store feeling satisfied. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for gifts or to add a touch of luxury to their collection.

I gave 5 stars because the sale associate Heidi is so accommodating and welcoming. At first i am in doubt in visiting the store because of what i read in reviews.

The SA told me to shop at Forever 21.lol I have no idea how someone can be so rude and elitist to the wrong clientele. I think you need to better train your staff to identify highly valued customers, it was quite embarrassing for the staff member.

No one is working at 1 floor. I keep you waiting and responding unkindly.the worst of Hermes. And finally someone came at front, and i asked her, but the woman in the glasses told me to get out of my way so that someone else could pay. They only care about the Chinese.

Just came from there. I wanted to buy shoes but no one helped me! I was standing for about 10mins and no one minded me. NO THANK YOU. I would rather buy from somewhere else!

Walked in with my mom to have a look, and we actually had the intention to buy a silk scarf for a present, but the ladies working there took 1 look at us and didn't even ask if we needed anything. We tried approaching one lady to ask to see one of the products displayed, but she acted as if she was busy and didn't have time for us. I really wanted to enjoy the shopping experience at Hermes, but the employees that day were more interested in helping Asian-looking clients than us. We felt discriminated, so we left without buying anything.

Thanks to Lily, I brought a child that is perfect for me. This person's sense is really the best!

I’ve only done walk-ins here and so my experience is limited in comparison to other shoppers. For the few times I’ve been here, I’ve received great service.

If I could give Marie 10 stars I would! Fantastic customer service. Marie really wants the shopping experience to be memorable and enjoyable. She's knowledgeable and patient. There's so many items to choose at Hermès, Marie takes the time with you and never rushes. Thank you Marie Always such a wonderful time shopping with you.

Disappointed with a recent trip to Hermès. I was treated wonderfully in the past (I don't go there often because I work a lot) but this time I couldn't believe the underlying hostility from the sales associates I had dealt with.

I used to work luxury retail myself and I used to say the Hermès I visited in Paris was the epitome of refined service. The Vancouver location only looks at people with dollars in their eyes. The associates assume I cannot understand Mandarin Chinese (by the way, I do), based on my name and appearance.

I went to another luxury retail boutique right after and was treated with respect and also given a private viewing of their upcoming collection that wasn't public. I bought items from them immediately and plan to buy their newest items without questions.

That experience with the other world-wide house shows why their brand name sells itself much better through the visit and I was expecting the same at Hermès but the Burrard location certainly lacked etiquette.

Just because I dress low-key on ocassional visits doesn't mean the service has to be diminished. If I stated that I intend to buy but the things I wanted wasn't available, I still go out of my way to buy something there. Now I have mixed emotions about doing that.

Honestly the other world-wide Hermès locations are better to buy from, but definitely do not buy at Hermès Vancouver.

Love shopping at Hermès Vancouver, everyone’s lovely at the store and I always have the most pleasant experience. I make an appointment each time I shop, since it provides for a great shopping experience with no rush or pressure. I’ve shopped at Hermès stores worldwide over the years and definitely feel Vancouver has a wonderful team of professionals who are very attentive and helpful.

There was one Asian female sales associate who was very rude. Looking down upon us. I did end up buying something because I was waiting to get my hands on it. But I wished I had to deal with another consultant because it made my experience with this store just poor.
