We had a bad experience with Mr. Herr. We went there for notary test and he charged $200 for two papers signed.

Suneil was extremely helpful and worked with a few of my cases ranging from property to civil. Everything was completed in a very timely manner and he was always communicating to ensure everything was going smoothly which is what I needed with my busy schedule. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND NOT PROFESSIONAL! The firm handled our real estate purchase transaction. The lawyer Suneil Sangha made agreements - BEHIND OUR BACK AND WITHOUT OUR CONSENT - with the opposing lawyer regarding our funds in his trust account. He then refused to release us OUR funds from his trust account, although the deal was closed long time ago and money was due to us as per the written agreement. Requested funds released to us several times, but no action. THE FIRM THAT APPROPRIATED OUR MONEY!
