Guy there tried to scam by saying I have to return the car there and not the airport otherwise it’s 1000 dollar fine. I called hertz and there’s no such thing…
Super service with an upgrade to an electric car! Our car was new, super clean and didn't cause any problems. When returning, make sure not to park in a paid parking lot Repayment to the credit card came quickly.
Since I returned my rental car.on May 23. My deposit hold on my credit card hasn't been lifted . Still waiting.it's SEPT 2nd.still didn't get my deposit back.
Low class customer service, dirty inside there office, what’s that tells you? ! They are not organized at all, don’t waste your time there, choose other options!
Rent the car for 2days and return on Friday but the office is closed. Very good customer service. No notice letter for office closing for car return customers. There is no instruction of how to return the car during office closing.only have the emergency contact number for after office hour but no one responded. We are waiting about 2 hours standing in front of the office and calling their office and emergency contact number and waiting someone to show up. Luckily because of the security at the building, we realise how to drop the car key into their office. Went to their office today and told them their office closure and no notice or instruction for us to drop the car key but we did it and asked them to confirm that they receive car and key and return deposit. Instead of apologise or giving customer polite response, they argue back and said they emailed us the invoice and return the transfer which we received nothing. Luckily that we stay in canada so we can go back and check whether they receive it or not but if we are coming from other countries, then how? How can we return back their car and key? There is no instructions and their Google operation hour said it is open but on site it was closed. We can’t call anyone. Their fault will accuse us and make us pay extra charge? This office has no professional protocol and manners. They just simply arrogant like a boss. They don’t even deserve with one star.
Had a great experience with RJ and Ayaan at this Hertz location. The check-in process was incredibly easy and painless. I was in and out with my vehicle in a timely fashion, and the team at the front desk was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. The location is convenient especially if you're coming by skytrain. Will definitely be booking again.
Scammers. Never going through Hertz again. I was told the vehicle would be 50$ a day and somehow ended up being 97$ in total (no insurance). When I showed up they had the audacity to try to charge me close to 30$ for 1/8 of gas in a TOYOTA COROLLA! Are you kidding me! Forget this place and use other agencies.
