Hertz Car Rental

This company only keeps records for 3 months and if you need it it will cost $25. They will also try to make you pay for the depreciation of their rental car when there is damage to the car even if you were not present and are 100% not at fault. ICBC Has paid Hertz for the full repairs AND "downtime" and they still want about 1k for depreciation lol. Definitely a brutal company. Avoid if possible! Customer service seems useless and barely speaking any english, can't even make what the words they are saying.

I arrived and they gave me a Tesla with 18% battery and was instructed to go and charge myself I declined so they gave me a Gas vehicle when I started the car i looked and was Dead empty with 38km left Not Impressed at all when I asked for another tesla i was told they were for other customers Ill never Go back

They charged my credit card by mistake again 2 months after my rental was completed. They admitted to the mistake only after I adamantly disputed their claim, but were not willing to fix the problem. They told me to contact my bank to submit a dispute, which involved a long wait and hassle.

Anyone reading this DO NOT BUY THE EXTRA 10$/day INSURANCE if you are there to fix your car. The insurance is already covered. Also really bad service, trying to sell you what you don't need with over the top prices. Extremely predatory.
