Hester Creek Estate Winery

Omg did I ever love this place! Favorite winery in the area! I had an amazing experience at the tasting room with Helene who completely made me fall in love with all products and become a club member. My family and I followed with dinner at the restaurant Terrafina and had such an incredible lunch that we came back the next day. A must see spot for tourists

Hester Creek is a beautiful winery with one of the largest selections in the Okanagan.
They have some of the oldest vines wines as well as a shop that is bar none.
The shop has everything from marmalade to a self serve deli with charcuterie, olives and cheese.
It was rather busy when we were there with multiple tasting areas as well as a large dog friendly covered area outside to sit and eat.
A large private tasting area for library wines should you want a private tasting and a beautiful interior with large beams and chandeliers make this a must stop on your wine tour.
Parking is very easy and the view is beautiful.

Suzanne taught us so many things about the history of some of the vines and the original wine maker. We highly recommend this tasting experience!

The kitchen is amazing here. Incredible flavors prepared perfectly. Such a great winery experience every time we visit.

My husband and I spent our 48th anniversary at the villas and the restaurant and the staff were first class all the way…. Villas are lovely and Melissa and staff catered to our every need. The dinner was tasty and the wine, of course, paired beautifully!

We stopped in on a whim and I'm so glad we did. The staff were really nice and they had a great selection of wines for us to sample. I would definitely go back, but next time I'd stay a little longer to enjoy some of the food and sit on the patio as the scenery is just stunning.

Good wine and a great tasting experience. This is our second time to the winery (6 years apart) and it is as great as we remembered.

Great wine and solid prices. The tasting room is an experience itself. Love the idea that they create small batch varieties for individuals to explore.

This a beautiful, elegant and very well run winery and restaurant. If I'm within 50 miles of it, I visit it. The tasting room with patio is well equipped and the staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. And the wines! Make sure you taste the Old Vines Trebbiano, planted in '68 by Joe Busnardo. Then there is Terrafina, the Tuscan inspired restaurant with a lovely patio shaded by a trellis of old vines. Delicious! Enjoy.

We stopped in for a tasting and had the best time. We showed up with our toddler and they were so accommodating and friendly towards us. Loved the Syrah and all of the staff. We will be back!

I had a wonderful blind tasting at Hester Creek. Rachel was absolutely amazing, very educated, and so passionate about wine. What a great winery! It was warm and inviting, and super friendly staff! This was such a great experience. I will definitely return

Wonderful experience on the patio of Terrafino. Enjoyed chorizo and sundried tomato orrechertie (hand made in house!). It was delicious with the pesto sauce and recommended Chardonnay. The el forno prosciutto pizza with blue cheese and fig tasted like the pizza dough was made from scratch. Surrounded in Tuscan decore with large wood doors and archways there is a friendly, laid back vibe with upscale Italian elegance. Our server was polite and engaging.
Food was delicious and the wines are always refined. We made a reservation. It was simple and easy online.

First off we love the wine from this winery that we purchase at the liquor store. BUT when a family of four shows up on a Sunday at the Hester creek restaurant (not very busy with 4 tables outside with 2-4 people at them) we get told that the kitchen is too busy with the reservations that are coming and we are turned away from this establishment. Extremely disappointed in this and will probably never try to go back cause the staff was rude.

A wonderful day and wonderful people who work at this winery. The man who served us during the wine testing is too kind! I can't remember the last time I had such a good experience. Ti amo si our favourite! But you can not miss Judge as well. Glass of vine on the patio that is like from a fairy tale, with garlic and truffle hummus that is incredible! And for the end, lunch with excellent food and incredible service. I can't recommend this place enough, a must visit! And I will definitely come back.

It is so quiet up here and feels like you are driving up into a fairytale! The potato pizza was incredible, and service was great! A nice place to visit with family and friends! A good place to celebrate a special event and forget about the world!
