Friendly staff and lunch deal prices are pretty good. The store itself though is small and could be cleaner.

Without a doubt the best chicken i have ever had, absolutely amazing. I can't really find the words to describe why i like it so much but its just phenomenal. It's not overly greasy, it's cooked perfectly, the ingredients are top quality, the prices are a bit high but so is every other chicken place and they're better than most, they didn't bat an eye at me being obviously trans which is huge for me, the staff were kind, the seasoning is amazing, everything seems to be cooked fresh and not frozen. If i could give more than 5 stars i would, absolutely incredible!

The fried chicken used to be good, but for the past year the pieces have been tiny. Every piece is very small and there is more breading than meat.

Both roasted and deep fried chicken taste great, not too salty and perfectly cooked. First Hi Five turned me into a regular guest.

Ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich. It would not be an exaggeration to say that a chicken junior from mcd had more meat than my sandwich. All breading tiny sliver of meat.

I wandered into this place after unsuccessfully hitting up the McDonald’s and various restaurant nearby for a late night feed. Service was friendly and efficient, and I had my two piece feed with fries and drink in a few mins. The fries were great, fresh and well seasoned. The spicy roasted chicken thigh was amazing, super juicy and flavourful. Big props!

A little on the slower side for service, however the food is worth it. It has always come hot and fresh tasting. Staff is super friendly as well

I work near by and I come here for lunch every day great price for a great chicken sandwich. Lunch special is a great deal.

Some nice plant based options, could do with more healthy sides like salads/veggies. Very addictive plant based chickn. Staff always friendly.open 24/7 which is a life saver at times with my crazy schedule. Highly recommend.

The chicken taste is so much better than other places like KFC. This particular restaurant has good enough space and cute patio as well.

I like all the high fives I've tried in the greater Vancouver area, and this location was good the first time I tried it a while back.since then it keeps getting worse every time I go.there was what I assume the owner or manager there when I went in the last time.maybe he trying to turn the place back around.but the chicken was terrible like they heated up old chicken or cooked it for too long.not sure if they just training new staff and I came at the wrong time, but judging by other reviews seems like I'm not the only one who had these issues.

So I ordered regular 4 pcs chicken 2 legs 2 thighs at around 8: 40 pm May 12 at this location and told this front desk saleslady if I can make all 4 thighs and she said yes, its ok but with extra charges around. 85 cents each. I have to repeat what I am saying many times but my voice is clear and loud to be heard cuz maybe she have a hearing problem, thats fine. And by that time I got home and checked everything, she gave me the regular order 2 legs 2 thighs instead of all all thighs plus extra charges…and she did not even gave me a receipt for the order. Just me as a customer that time for them to be pressured to commit that mistake? So disappointing! I wanna go back to correct there this issue but just decided not to go back to this place anymore…. My first time here in this location and I got this bad service!

Good service. Good chicken I liked the spicy better than the non spicy. Mashed potatoes good too

For fudge sake! This has happened twice in a roll.

Went there with a couple of friends 4 days ago. We still have stomachache and had a very bad food poisoning. Food is unbelievably nasty with a very weird taste. I don’t understand how this place is rated 4.3

The food is great, but sometimes customers are second priority to other things staff need to attend to.

Awesome chicken! Loved the roasted chicken option. Spicy is really spicy not like others where spicy means mildly peppered.

They give you a bang for your buck deliciously marinated and so fresh and tasty your potatoes are sooo good and your gravy ooooh baby love it

Me and couple friends went there for late night dinner and we all got some sort food poisoning. We ordered The chicken wrap, Mac & cheese, onion rings and Poutine. My also added the hot wings but we returned because it was undercooked. They changed it for us but we couldn’t eat it. Good costumer service. I hope they improve in future.

Raw! The rumor is true the chicken is blue! I was skeptical sitting for 15min reading the reviews while waiting for a fresh sandwich. When I took it back to the counter after a sickly pink juicy bite I knew something was off. She argued that's that's the color it is, it's cooked for 8min it has to be done. Typical not able to think outside the box Indian immigrant thinking. After a few words and mumbling to the over zealous fry boy dude, insisting she's got this, she's like I'll make you another one. I said do you even have anything that's cooked? She looked dumbfounded like a chicken with its head cut off. Then she offered a partial refund. This is a pathetic place don't bother to go here. She would rather give me my money back than attempt to cook something to proper standards. So you can have raw or stale. The 5$ deals here are 2-3 hrs old. Avoid it like the plauge. It's too bad Bonnie Henry is busy with covid she could shut this restaurant down. Also they deleted the raw pictures.

Very friendly place, clean and neat. Staff is very good.

I was just there April 14 at 11pm. I ordered 5 chicken tenders, onion rings and two dipping sauce for takeout. I get home and NO DIPPING SAUCE in the bag. Disappointed!

Love the super spicy roasted chicken sandwich and thwy have Crush Lime! Im from the atlantic and i have not been able to get this pop anywhere, it just makes this place extra special for me. Highly recommend. Best chicken sandwiches in the world.
