This is the second year we've bought shirts for our crew. The service, knowledge, and price are always fantastic.

Unfortunately, our shirts did not match our branding.
The shirts printed a bright orange (a client of ours said Home Depot colour) instead of the earthy rust tone of our branding. (See photos).
From the start of our many conversations, I was adamant that our branding was VERY important to us. I was clear that if the shirt colour masks our brand colour, I would defer to their expertise in shirt selection.
The shirts were ordered to have both the back and the front printed, only one side printed. After about 6 waiting weeks for these, we had no company clothing for our event.
I completely understand that errors happen.
I certainly would have expected better service after the two mistakes.
Instead, I was told they could redo the shirts in a DIFFERENT Pantone to get the colour we need. I was told it was my fault, that the colours of shirts and fabrics we ordered. Again, I asked for their expertise selecting products if my choices were going to affect the logo colour.
Anyone that has paid for real branding knows how important it is to have consistency.
Again, all I wanted was better service to fix the two problems with our order. Instead we were 6 weeks behind with no garments.

Highly recommend working with the team at Hi-Pro! Not only did they get us the perfect masks for our staff, they made sure to show us all our options and worked with us to choose the right ones. We get our golf shirts from Hi-Pro as well and they didn't just bring us a couple samples, we got multiple samples in multiple styles and sizes! They take customer service to the next level. Thank you Hi-Pro!

I’ve had multiple custom embroidered hats made with HiPro and they always do an incredible job! We’re getting some face masks made as well and I can’t wait to get them in!

We recently had a name change and needed new shirts. Dar was extremely helpful with suggestions and design. She made several trips to our store saving us much time and energy. Above all we love our new uniforms!

Amazing service and product quality. I was very happy with the screen printing they did for me. I live out of town and have a busy work schedule, so they stayed late to meet me and to screen print some clothing for me right then and there so that I didn't have to make another trip to pick them up. Thanks Bob!

I would highly recommend using Hi-Pro. Bob at Hi-Pro went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service and meet short deadlines. The products I ordered far surpassed my, and my teams expectations. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Great local store. We ordered storm-tech jackets with very complicated embroidery and the team at Hi-Pro did a great job on them, and we had them within days. Quick turnaround. Good Prices.
