I had alot of fun volunteering here with susan and staff they are nice people and fun to work with and give nice gifts too volunteers for christmas it was easy to get and i loved the 25% off discount meery xmas love louise dullaard

The owner's response to Jim's review regarding staff changes is a lie. There was a change in staff and lots of people know it. I was the one who quit my job as store manager at HTC in June 2022 because of Glenn's poor decisions affecting the store. Also, one of the cashiers quit when I did. That makes two staff changes. Head Office, let's be honest in your responses, rather than doing the pathetic PR thing. People deserve the truth, which is what I built the store on. Customers deserve honesty in business. Next time, give it to them. HTC is a great thrift store with a great staff and great merchandise.

I've always had a good experience at this store. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I usually found a "Hidden Treasure". It will interesting to see how Glen runs it now. You'll be able to get a refund, any reason will do and it will probably become a dump spot for anybody who needs to get rid of stuff. Good luck to those who work and volunteer their time the customer with the one star rating is now your boss.

Neat and tidy shop, pleasant, efficient staff. All for a good cause. Friday and Saturday 50% off everything.

I wanted to donate some USED furniture in good shape other than a small veneer peal on one corner. This woman was very rude and would not even look at the other things I had to donate. I will not be returning to this store. I will be letting friends and family know that this is a thrift store to avoid.

Not a nice response from the owner who says they get a little grumpy when customers dont want to leave at closing time. The owner should apologize for any inconvenance that the customers had with any employees. Not making excuses. When you are a owner you are to " bite the bullet" so to speak. Weve always dropped off our home belongings at hidden treasures and will continue to do so. But please. No excuses. Customers dont want to hear it.

This is a nice thrift store and today was 50% off. It looked like the sale had been on for a few days as the shelves were bare in spots. However, they said tomorrow more items would be added to restock for customers.

Best place to work, volunteer or shop. Has a little bit of almost everything.you never know when you will find a hidden treasure.

I wish I would of had more time to shop, but it was less then half hr before closing.

The prices were so good! Plus, the special of the day was all Ladies clothing & shoes were half off.

Considering the prices were already very low, this really made for some excellent savings!

I bought a large PVC tote bag (only 2$!) as well as 3 dresses, some like new Italian Leather sandals (only 2$!) some stuffed animals, and some office / stationary items. Also found some gift boxes. Everything came to under 20$!

Why only 3 stars? The lady who was working there (older lady, tall, glasses, brown hair) was very unfriendly, and was not nice.

From the moment we walked in, until our transaction was complete, customer service was not very good at all.

Not sure what her problem was, but she also got into it with a guy who wanted to put some furniture on hold for a few days until he could pick it up.
They had words, and he stormed out, but we were nothing but nice & polite.

Her bitter attitude aside (perhaps she was having a bad day - who knows) the store was clean, bright and I would definitely return if I was ever back in the area.

The cleanest most organized including every item priced or signs indicating price ranges etc. Eg Dvd cd etc shown clearly. Yes I even bought hat & shirts etc. Best experience, EVER

Ellen, Ann, Susan, Dot, Marianne & John are best people I met in Hidden Treasures Thrift Store. Store sell good product also good price. Event those I don't need every things, I love to go there for fun. Recommend is a good place for visit, some how is my favorite place.

Great place to find furniture clocks flatware men's children's women's clothing and dinnerware linens baskets household items and bikes and books and jewellery and so much more.
Open until 430pm closed Sunday's.

I asked the cashier for the coupon i got and she answer me so mean and she told to the other customer that i didnt understand. The cashier was so rude. Never back in ypur store ever.

As thrift stores go, HT is a cool little shop, Hidden Treasures gets some great donations fun to search them out.
