Sometimes was good… Today I went and picked up my order (3 pieces regular chicken) and when I get home… SURPRISE… no chicken, just a chickens sandwich HYPER MEGA SPICY… ruined my lunch since I can’t go back and claim it…

The shop offers exceptional customer service, very clean as well. When I arrived early to pick up our Uber Eats order, I humorously mentioned my hunger, and the owner/ proprietor kindly offered me a complimentary drumstick while I waited for my order.

1 minute after I ordered through uber, the app said I can call and modify my order, but when I called them, they would not let me add to my order nor would they let me cancel and reorder through the app.why? Cause they wanted me to cancel and pay 12 dollars cancellation fee.awful service. I used to love their food, but they lost me as a costumer.
