This my go to hair salon for regular hair cuts. Staff are nice, though most of them speak minimal english. They changed the salon name too. I got confused the last time I went there.
My hair gets styled after a haircut. It’s a bonus!

I love that they offer such skill and care into their work, and they do a wonderful job everytime I come in.

I've been frequenting this HC Richard Hair for cuts, trims and colouring for several years now. They've always gone out of the way to accommodate my needs and schedule. Super friendly staff with loads of knowledge and skill. Great pricing also. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

This is probably the best place in Coquitlam to get your haircut. The prices are super affordable and the staff is very friendly.
Jiwan has been my hairdresser and always does a great job and has such a wonderful personality that it makes the whole experience very enjoyable!

I recently got my hair cut and styled at High Class. The results were fabulous! Jiwon cut & styled my hair, and I go to her every time I need a new cut. I HIGHLY recommend Jiwon as she is an incredibly talented and professional stylist!

It's been more than 7 yrs. The owner, he charged my hair treatment more only because I gets on his nerves during the conversation or maybe he just wanted to charge me more. I still can't forget that day.

Chopped off my long hair! They started with a relaxing shampoo and wash, and Anna took her time getting my hair just right! Love it!

High Class Richard Hair delivers quality for a reasonable price. I got my hair cut and permed (wavy for long hair) by Jiwon and she did an amazing job! She really understood what look/style I was going for (which is rare for most salons I visit). Most hairdressers I've went to before don't take time to understand what you want before they start cutting. Jiwon communicated with me every step of the way to make sure that I got my desired result. I'll definitely be returning for my next haircut. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a wavy perm!

Anna and Jiwon are fantastic. They offer good service and very reasonable prices. All the staff is also very friendly.

I hold this salon upon very high praise. Usually I stick to one barber, but I fortunately have the flexibility of being able to communicate well with the barbers despite the language barrier. I am proud of every haircut that I have gotten each time I have gone to this salon, so this a is a grand recommendation.

Lovely place, a place not just for haircut, but hanging out for a little bit. The hairdressers are great. My favorite one is Cara, who knows a lot about hair styles, especially when you trust her to help you make an option.

We always come here, location is very convenient, parking is within the condo building.today i got my regular hair cut from Jack who has been our hair dresser for a long time. Jack always knows what I need to be looking good, services are personalized. Jack will always help me to put back on my coat before i leave, me and my husband will continue come here, great job!

My usual stylist at another hair salon just a block away went on vacation and decided to checkout Richard Hair. It was quite busy when I arrived and a bit cold inside with people waiting for their haircuts. I was handed over to a woman by the name of Young. I told her and showed her what kind of high skin fade I wanted. Young is quiet but accurate. She proceeded to cut my hair better than my usual stylist a block away. I feel like I'm cheating cause I went back again and Young delivered even a better haircut than she did the first time. I am now on the fence whether or not to break it off with my original stylist and tell her she's been replaced by a better stylist. I'm confused but I love my high skin fade and if you're a guy, I highly recommend Young. She's shy, quiet but has a welcoming smile and she is amazing! Thank You Young!

Me and my mom going to this salon around 3 weeks ago the lady her name is Anne she colors are hair and she didn’t tell us the color she used it was toner isn’t color anyways we not happy from them and they not fixed our hair I want to tell all my friends and family don’t go over there they not get you happy

Usually a pretty decent place, depends on who you get. Jack is a good barber, but this one lady didn't seem to understand english at all as she decided to shave all the hair on my sides and back when I just said "trim"

Cara the new owner takes great time in making every customer look great. It is a Korean hair salon and you can tell it’s a local favourite. She is very experienced and can multitask well while still attentive to every person’s needs. Price is decent but I wish there is a price list posted somewhere. Will return again!

Terrible experience!
I went there last year and thought the lady who cut my hair was very professional. So this year, I called and booked another appointment, specifically asking for her while repeating her name several times to make sure. I live in Richmond, this place is in Port Coquitlam. With the traffic, it takes about 1 hour 25 minutes to get there. Due to the heavy traffic, I called them and said I have an appointment with this lady, but will be 10 minutes late and if that is ok. Their reply shocked me. They said, sorry the hairdresser I wanted went on vacation and will not be back until a week later, then asked if I want another hairdresser. This is crazy. I drove 1 hr and 15 minutes ONE WAY for nothing!
