Highmark electrical installed my car charger. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Shaun was informative, professional and explained the work he was doing very clearly. Gave us great advice and was very nice.

It was bad bad bad. First visit tech said it was the connection but after a week heater didn't work again. Came the 2nd time and said it was the baseboard. Charged me for the second visit. Need to hire the experienced people or at least give a fair discount on the second visit. I would not ever use this company

I had to make an emergency call around 8pm. They promptly answered the call and walked me through the situation to confirm if it was/wasn't an emergency. When we realized it was not, a visit was arranged for a couple of days later.

The tech arrived on time and quickly completed the work. He was happy to answer questions too. The cost was reasonable and no extra/unusual fees charged.

I see a complaint from Simon Hardy-Francis about a fee to give a quote. IMO, this is a poor reason to give a low rating. Reality is, highly rated electricians are in demand and giving quotes still cost the company $$. I check this rating service to help assess quality of work completed, not just a phone call.

Requested a quotation for some electrical work regarding a new outlet in the garage for charging a new electric vehicle. However, company wanted a $90 minimum call-out fee for writing the quote. The business owner tried to justify the fee saying that (a) he has too much work, and (b) he will discount the job with the call-out fee if I accept the quote.
