Great service. Great communication. They ended up coming a few hours early which worked really well for me. This is the the third time I've needed a plumber in the last 4 years and I have no complaints. My go to plumbing company.

Responsive for a furnace failure in a very cold period… also very willing to adjust service calls to accommodate our calendars

Great customer service, they replaced my toilet and also did a sewer pipe repair. They did a great job. And it was all done in a timely manner. We would definitely hire them again.

Edit: the installed on demand water heater was not sized appropriately. Where I was under the impression that I could have a shower and run a tap, that is not the case. If the shower is on. No other hot water is accessible. I am working with high point to resolve this. They have recommended installing an additional point of use water heater, which is not cheap.

Fixing this problem has been difficult in communication. They were a lot better the first time around.

I still love the heat pump! And they were fast on replying to emails to finalize details for the home rebate programs

High Point was great with their initial home evaluation and explaining all the possible upgrades and how they would be effective. The team worked fast and efficient and were welcoming to all the questions our toddler had. Everything installed is neat, and the sites were cleaned up afterwards. Hopefully I won't need then again for many year, but if I do need services I am happy to call them.

They were also very helpful in completing all the required paperwork and explaining how to utilize the Canada Green Home rebates and loans.

Thank you Kevin and Riley team. Installation heat pump, furnace and cooling coil went all planned. Without Fortis gas rebate it was not possible. Expensive system. HPP team installed explained and cleaned after install. I'm one happy customer. Thank you Kevin.

Tyler was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with his trouble shooting of our ac unit. He arrived when expected, wore boot covers, and didn't leave any mess behind. Not only did he diagnose the issue, he rectified the problem and had the ac blowing cold air the way it should. Definitely recommend high point to anyone in the kootenays!

Our experience with High Point Plumbing was great! They installed a new furnace and hot water tank as well as fixed some plumbing issues. They were quick to get the job done, they showed up on time and when they said they were going to be there. I especially appreciated that they cleaned up as they went and respected our space. Tyler was performing a warranty heat pump repair. He went above and beyond to ensure the repair was completed properly. His concern for fit and finish is admirable, and his passion for the work is refreshing and reassuring. I feel like I am in good hands with Highpoint.

High Point sent a plumber right away to our place as our sump pump had died and we had water in our basement and couldn't use any water at the house. They replaced our pump that day, were communicative about the diagnosis and repair and very professional.

Came home to no heat, couldn’t find anyone to come immediately, which, there should be at least one company doing after hours and emergency services in the winter. High point came on time, gave options and genuinely seemed empathetic to my situation. Riley was very professional and service was prompt.

Riley was awesome! Super quick to show up in a no heat scenario! Figured out our issue within 10 minutes!

Called for a emergency service for a boiler for a building with no heat, they squeezed me in the next day.

Showed up with too short of a cable. Did not fix, and charged over $600. Hard to get a hold of after but when finally did the charge was reduced. Another company came that night ot and fixed it and charged 1/4.

Received a quote on a heatpump install from Kevin. He was able to answer any questions that I had. I was able to get it installed within a couple weeks. The installation guys were very good. They answered any questions I had with the system.

Over the past 6 years I have had extensive service from this company with replacement and service to my hot water on demand system which was resolved successfully and one successful service to check my furnace and AC. This July I had 2 appointments to check my furnace and AC and no one came or called to cancel. Apparently they do not like small jobs. I will switch companies.

These guys are amazing. They explained everything to me in detail and made sure that I was happy with their work. They helped me with my rebate which was awesome, thank you for that.

The young fellows were on time and very friendly. The did exceptional work. They were very accommodating.

The Job was done but they did not take care of work space ended up damaging items inside and outside of our house

. Why don't people listen, I just wanted a $200.00 flushing not thousands of dollars on a full service or a new heater. I found the info I wanted on youtube and will try it myself before I rip my basement apart to put in a new heater.

Called them with an issue we were having at work. He showed up pretty quick to fix it, which was really nice to see!

We have been having trouble with our A/C ever since it was installed new, 3 years ago. After one visit from High Point Plumbing, the problem was diagnosed. While there, they also identified other major potential problem areas. They were able to get us in quickly to replace our 12 year hot water tank and furnace; resulting in peace of mind and a working A/C. Yay! Everyone we dealt with were knowledgable, friendly and made us feel like they had our best interest at heart.

I was beyond thrilled with how fast, friendly and professional High Point Plumbing and Heating was. I had my hot water tank fixed within hours of calling them. I will recommend these guys to anyone who will listen!

Prompt service.had appointment booked and technician at the house within a few days for a non emergency call. This is where the positives end. Quoted $410 for the install of a pressure reducing valve on the main water line. Keep in mind identical valve can be had on amazon for $115. Plumber was here for an hour and according to my wife was very pleasant. Unfortunately I was at work during the install otherwise I would have challenged the bill of $547 ($400/hour is just plain greedy) and questioned the leaking shut off. No written invoice as plumber mentioned it would be emailed. It wasn’t. Called a couple days later to get a detailed explanation of the work and question the total. I was misquoted for the estimate of $410 and the amount charged was the correct price. Wow! Their error and I’ll give them kudos for owning it and offering a refund of the difference. A week later and no refund. Another call and it appears my refund is on the way and this saga is over. Wouldn’t recommend high point based on the ridiculous fees and unorganized practices.

The good: repairman was courteous, on time, and called before coming. The primary objective of unclogging the line was accomplished. Payment was made easily on site.
The not so good: Called office for scheduling. They said they would call me back. Never did although to their defence they claimed there was a staff emergency. Repairman didn't notice a very obvious 'clean out' valve. Had he used this it would have made his job much easier and my bill less. Line leaked water after the service. He had to come back to fix. I am assuming their rates are standard but was expensive none the less.

Really quick and great service! Called them for a furnace check over and they were able to come the next day.

We had a problem with our furnace in one of our rental homes, of course it was on the weekend, but High Point answered our call! They were over to the house within 60 minutes, determined the problem within 30 minutes and removed the old & installed a new furnace within a few days! They were fast, efficient and we’re very respectful of our tenant and their schedule as well! High Point Plumbing & Heating our always our first and last call and will continue to be our ‘go-to’ company in the future!

I had to call High Point for an emergency problem with our sewer system in Invermere. They were excellent to work with. Very professional, clean and friendly and did all possible to avoid extra costs. I highly recommend them to others.
