I’d give 0 starts if there’s only an option. Worst place and customer service. This place is filthy and the owners are rude. Refused dryer service 1 hour before closing since they didn’t have customers left, and said they wanna go home.

The lady helped me every step of the way washing my bedding and entire wardrobe!

The staff are amazing and I really enjoyed my time doing laundry for once.

I love this place. The best drop off service in Vancouver. The owner is so amazing, she has saved me on multiple occasions repairing my clothes when I needed anything tailored. Great prices, very clean.

I bring my laundry here every month! Use their drop off service and they’re awesome. Same day or next day pick, my stuff is always so fresh and nicely folded, the prices are reasonable and I really enjoy my interactions with the staff. Would recommend!

The owner is a very rude person. And told me that the clothes needs to be washed within hours before drying. Which absolutely makes no sense. My clothes were washed 7 hours before drying and he straight refused me and asked me to use the washer first before using the dryer. Some really obnoxious scheme to make money.

Wanted to charge me $200 to dry clean 3 jackets and 2 skirts. Average prices are half that. Also was rude; just tossed my stuff in the back and didn’t care that they were falling in the ground. Just didn’t feel respected:/

Awesome service! Awesome People! I highly recommend the drop-off and pickup service if you can afford it. A worthwhile investment.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Been coming here for years for dry cleaning and years ago they were decent. This time they put a fat hole in my favourite down jacket. All the feathers keep coming out. Avoid these guys for dry cleaning

Triple loaders for $5-$6. Dryers $0.25/4 minutes. Clean & open late. Best hours in the area.

I love the people who run this place - one woman in particular has started to recognize me and my partner when we come in and it’s so nice. We always do our laundry here instead of our building - they have big washers and driers, it’s affordable, and I would rather support a local business then the slum landlord who owns out building. Thank you highland laundry!
