Thank you Highland, Arlene & the moving team. This bunch is hardworking, reliable and courteous. I was worried the moving would take longer than expected because I was moving from Surrey to Chilliwack and it was raining! But to my reassurance, it was done on time and even with some money back from the original quote! Now that is great customer service!

The move was well orchestrated right from the beginning. Everyone showed up on time and the movers themselves were outstanding. Helpful, thoughtful, polite and hard working in every way.

We used Highland's to move from Vancouver to Edmonton this spring. The service was awesome from the Vancouver employee who came to our home for the quote, which was accurate to the movers who wrapped our furiture and logged our belongings. The delivery team were also very good they even saved us money by doing the delivery off the big truck. I grew up with the saying "you get what you pay for" ringing in my ear. If you want a smooth professional move acrross town or country definatly check this company out.

Highland moved our 4600 sq foot home contents into storage for a few weeks, then into our empty-nester 2300 sq foot home an hour away. We were extremely impressed with Arlene working with us on the moving plans and quote, providing us with great advice and assistance. She addressed many of our concerns and questions that came up during the planning phase. Wendy provided reminders on the crew moving days. While Norm and the team were excellent with the actual moves. Everyone on the team was very professional, friendly and helpful. Highland kept to schedule and addressed our questions in a thoughtful and timely manner. Thanks for making it work out as smooth as possible!

We had a bad experience from a previous mover and was nervous using movers again. Arlene was awesome. She was very professional and knows the business. The movers that loaded and unloaded were great. We had zero damage and no lost boxes! I would definitely recommend them or use them again if we ever move again.

We used Highland Van & Storage moving from Surrey BC to Calgary AB. Arlene is the person I contacted with. She is very responsible and friendly, and always tried her best to answer my lots of moving questions. The moving crews are very fast. They only spent around 4 hours to move all our stuffs (4 bedrooms) on the van, and my piano is perfectly moved to Calgary too.

We recently had Highland move us from Surrey to Vancouver Island. Right from the start with the estimator Arlene, the Staff were all professionals. The foreman/driver Mike and his loading crew were excellent and packaged everything with care and left a tidy house when all loaded. Mike and the unloading crew were also great and made short work of delivering all the boxes to their locations and setting up the major furniture. This was the best move I have had and would highly recommend Highland Moving.

Great service from the Highland team. From Arlene to the drivers and movers that moved our belongings with not one piece of damage. They delivered on there promise. Would not hesitate to recommend Highland to anyone who wants a hassle free moving experience.

Professional from start to finish. From Arlene who quoted and answered all my questions, to the ladies who packed me up and Neil and crews who moved me from the Mainland to Vancouver Island were great to work with.

I reached out to 5 moving companies by email (phones are from a different century). Only 1 of them replied back by email so for that alone the 5 stars is here. But between Bruce, Shawna, Doug, Jeff (hopefully I'm remembering all the names correctly) they got my stuff from the west coast to the east coast and in the right condition. Also thanks to Arlene for helping with the virtual quote/assessment.

Arlene from Summit Moving & Storage made what is a very stressful time into a great and easy experience for my husband and myself. She was there to answer any problems and questions any time of the day. The packers Terri and Sarah were just awesome! They really took care of things as they packed. It was very reassuring. Moving day with Troy, Kevin M, and Kevin K.was also incredible. The care they took on wrapping the furniture was great. They were all friendly and polite. Our belongings are now in storage waiting to be delivered to our place in a few months. Overall, we can’t thank them enough for making this transition for us very easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we would personally request the same people we had to pack and move us whenever we move again.

We hired Highland in order to help in the movement and packing of our goods. My wife has a brain tumour and I am struggling with my own cognitive neurological disorders and the services provided by Sam and Terry (packers) and Sarah, Troy, and Kevin (movers) gave my wife and I an opportunity to rest our heads during a period that is usually stressful. We never got to joke around with Sam and Terry, but Sarah, Troy, and Kevin were comical and made the day go smooth. It was very well appreciated.

Moving home internationally is a stressful experience, especially in these Covid times. But from the start of the process the team at Highland Worldwide made it feel relaxed and stress free.

The 4 person team that came to pack and load were amazing. Cher and Jim were so organized and personable, it was easy to tell they had worked together for many years and really knew their business. Our 3 bedroom house got packed up in a day, with another day to load. The teams both days were awesome. Interestingly, half the team were women, which we'd never seen before, and we really enjoyed a fun, professional and enthusiastic atmosphere with them.

We've moved many times, and this is by far the best move all around that we've ever had. This is a family run business where the owners are hands on and truly care about the moving experience for their clients. The movers were very polite, professional and so quick, I couldn’t believe how fast they got us loaded and unloaded. Our furniture was very heavy and oversized and it was so great to have our bed assembled for us. It was such a hot day but that didn’t seem to slow them down. Arlene did a virtual survey and was so professional and her estimate was spot on. We recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a stress free move. Professional, care given in handling boxes and furniture items, super staff, unloading and moving into storage was carried out with the same care as in my home, did not waste anytime with the move, even took the time to say hello to my next door neighbor who I got the reference from as they moved her a month before.

Arlene was very professional. We had a flood in our home, she came and gave us a quote for move out and storage plus a move from the lower mainland to the Okanagan. Our furniture and belongings were in storage for almost 6 months. Anthony and his team that came to load we’re awesome. They handled our belongings with care. After almost 6 months, Arlene was very prompt at returning our call to get the final move arranged. We were able to have Anthony and one of his team do our move. They arrived right on time and did a great job. Everything arrived in excellent condition after being in storage for almost 6 months. Great experience!

One of their drivers in a semitruck tailgated me on the highway and then almost clipped my front end while weaving in and out of lanes doing at least 120km/hr trying to pass people. Absolutely ridiculous.

A very positive experience from my first call to the actual move. The team that came in to was very professional and friendly. They maintained social distancing as much as possible. They delivered to our new homes 400 kms only two days later and were polite and efficient. We had minor damage to one piece of furniture and Highland addressed that in a timely and fair manner. This was not our first move with Highland Van & Storage. Arlene Johnston is amazing and pleasant to deal with. Even with Covid, the move went relatively smooth. A little glitch with the piano at my son's house as the approach was very steep and difficult. But it all gone done and no damage, no concerns. Very efficient movers. It was a positive experience from the first phone call to discuss the move right up to the end of our move into our new house. Everyone was helpful, professional, fast, and very careful with all our boxes and furniture. The movers were alert and took everything to the appropriate rooms and were accommodating with everything we asked to be done.
I have already recommended this company to someone else and they too had excellent service.
