Andrew diagnosed furnace door switch problem and fixed it within a few minutes. He also provided estimate for replacement furnace and new heat pump.

Andrew did my annual furnace inspection. He knows where everything is. His visit was timely as a switch had to be replaced. He showed my why and where and did the work as he has all parts in his truck. He is professional, pleasant and a pleasure to have around. I will use him always.

I have been a client of High Mark for many years. The most recent visit was by Andrew for furnace tuneup and hot water tank inspection. He was polite and professional.

Had a leak on the shutoff value to the toilet water tank in the morning, and High Mark was able to answer the call and dispatch their technician in the afternoon on the same day.
Their technician Ryan B was able to assess the issue, give me the solution, and the cost for the repair in a friendly and professional manner.
Since it was a small job and he has all the materials needed, he was able to complete the fix in half an hour with no mess left behind.

Had all the right stuff to take the pipes apart and get to that clog so everything drained after that. And then to put it all back together with a proper vent. Installed new faucet (in a very tight space too) while he was here and figured out why another faucet wasn't working properly. All the jobs done, neat and tidy.

Ryan was prompt, polite, listened well about the issues sourced the leak and repaired in a timely manner. I believe he went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were happy with his work. The only thing we found a bit extreme were the costs for the services from our experiences they were above what we have paid for similar services in the past.

We had David L in to replace our old tankless hot water heater. We are so happy with the finished product. David was friendly and got the job done fast and perfectly. The new heater is quiet, and we are sure our water pressure is better too. During the last few years, we have been upgrading our home of 20 years. Highmark has installed a new furnace, air conditioning and a tankless hot water system. Additionally, they have installed new toilets as well as cleaned and inspected our drain tile system. In every case they did the work on time and exactly at the price quoted. My experience with Highmark is that they are very professional and reliable. We will use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbours.

After using a service man from another company he was here 5 times and still did not get it right. We frozen for 2 two days until
KEVIN arrived. He order the part installed and then made sure was safe.

Hot water tank was making a new noise that was difficult to determine. Changed out the pressure connection as it was the most likely cause after spending some time waiting to hear what the sound was. So far so good

Peter did an excellent job on our first call. He helped us diligently with our sewer city main line problem. He even contacted the city public works to properly identify the location of the sewer clean-out chamber. When I have exposed the chamber, I texted him the picture and he suggested contacting the city public works so they can send their staff to fix the clogging and we would not be spending additional expenses. Thanks to the Port Coquitlam City crew who responded quickly and the problem was solved. We greatly appreciate Peter’s kind assistance and advice. Residential hot water heating system was making loud noises upon startup. Ryan attended under Highmarks $99 diagnostic program. He was able to confirm that the various elements of my system were functioning properly with the exception of one zone valve. Ryan was helpful and left me with a quote for replacement of the failing part. His estimate was ‘all in’ and did not include charges for a return trip if they were to perform the work at a later date.
I thought that Highmarks diagnostic service delivered what was promised without undue pressure to perform the work immediately.
I am satisfied with the service and would recommend to others looking for similar evaluation of residential heating issues.

Highmark is my choice for plumbing service based upon their quality workmanship and reliability. Upon the most recent call their technician, Dave, attended to address an urgent plumbing issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and very quickly analyzed the source of the issue and quickly performed the necessary repair. I was impressed.
