The medical office assistants are always working hard! When I’m in the office, I hear the phone ringing non stop since the clinic is so busy. They used to have issues with the phone line, but have since fixed it. When they’re on the phone with me they have always been nice and helpful. I never felt rushed.
My GP is great here and really listens to my issues and tries her best to help. I feel so lucky to have her as my GP and to be a patient here.

Unacceptable Waited an hour on the phone to book appointment. And it’s finally my turn, they didn’t answer and put me into the queue again to start waiting position #27 all over again

Front Desk is slow responding to phone calls I wanted to book an appointment and it took just ove 16 minutes for them to talk to me. This is not the first time.other times I just hung up! Very sad!

Dr. Phillips is so amazing. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I have never had such a great doctor like him. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his patients.

Dr. Kirn Bains has been a great help to me after a car accident. He referred me to specialists and had a number of test recommended as well. He was very thorough. I'm grateful for his care, and am sorry that he is leaving Highroads Medical Clinic. I wish him all the best. Again, you will be missed.

My Physician is leaving practice in a few moths but is now not taking any appointments leaving me in the dark. Staff have no solutions. Avoid at all costs.

They never have appointments available
Playing the Covid card to the end
Wont give my results out and claim they need to be reviewed but doctors are never available
So sad it’s come to tears of waiting

Dr. Phillips is by far the best doctor I have ever had. My husband and I both have only had great experiences with him. I have never felt rushed when in his care. He takes the time to listen and connect with patients. He is kind, sincere, thorough, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for.

This office is terrible. The staff are unfriendly and some of the doctors are too. I can't speak for all of the doctors, because there are several and perhaps there might be a good one here and there, but my personal experience has been consistently bad. I wouldn't normally write a review but I think it's worth people knowing that this isn't a kind, caring, supportive office.

Avoid at all costs. I can't believe what I was just told.
Apparently they are no longer my family doctor as I have not been in for a while, so I have been dropped. Guess I'm too healthy for them, what a joke
Also my wife was made to feel ashamed because she missed an appointment and was told the next available one would be in 3 months

The receptionists and doctors are good. Getting through the phone lines is abysmal. First they say they there is a problem with the system and are fixing it, now it is because of high call volume. When I call it takes 4 to 5 calls just to get it to ring and not have the call fail. In the past two years it always goes straight to hold. Now I time it, no less than 8 minutes each time. How is this acceptable? How long does it take it fix the system and hire an additional person to manage calls. Especially since there must be savings in office costs by moving predominantly to telemedicine. Sadly there is not even a quality assurance contact on the website to report issues. Very poor business practices for an essential service.

Highly recomended walk in clinic. I make an appointment with the doctor and booked with Dr. Kirn Bain. The consultation was just over the phone but he did a really great job. He save my life. If weren't for him i could have died because my Hemoglobin was very low. I have spoken to 2 doctors before him and he was the only one that ask me to get some blood test done. Middle of the night he phoned me to say, go to the Emergency Room right now. Because you need blood transfusion. He is excellent doctor. Plus the receptionist are amazing. God bless you all

An amazing clinic, and really nice MOA's, I have had Dr Eng as my doctor for over 20 years, the most kind and considerate person who listens with so much care

Dr. Singh is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. The caring I received is unbelievable. The front desk ladies are so warm and caring. I feel like I am the lottery winner to have the Dr. Singh in Higgroad clinic for my medical needs. Tom Yibin Yang

The front desk girls at this place are amazing! Great on the phone, patient with people waiting and very friendly and informative. They probably go through a lot but they are still smiling and chatty. Way better than the girls at Cloverdale Clover Care Medical Clinic. The doctors are efficient and helpful.

I have seen Dr. Phillips a few times on a walk in basis, to say he is an excellent doctor would be an understatement. He is extremely intelligent, and well spoken. Dr. Phillips has always taken his time to listen to my symptoms, and medical history then explained the next steps for me to get my health back on track.

My son had a fever, and Dr. Philips was very careful and patient to help us, The staff of the medical are very friendly. I would like to thank Miya for her help.

Rudest receptionists and horrible wait times. Even if you have an appointment, be prepared to wait 30 min.
