Very happy I chose HighStreet Accommodations, had some damage done in my residing address and needed to be out while work was done for months. Highstreet was able to provide a beautiful accommodations furnished with everything I could possibly need. They were always on standby to assist with any unforeseen issue. Highly recommend and will be top of my list when I need short to med term accommodations in the future.

Nice, clean furnished place to stay while our restoration was done. Everyone with HighStreet was very pleasant and professional. The monthly cleaning was nice to have as well.

HighStreet was brought on by my insurer to house my family following a terrible flood in my apartment. They were fantastic. Attentive, friendly staff who took care of everything very professionally. The place we were put up in was also very new and conveniently located.

Stayed at a Highstreet Accommodation located in downtown Vancouver for just over a month while my home was undergoing renovations due to water damage. The staff were very accommodating to our needs and found us a location that was perfect and met our specifications. The unit itself was great, the check in process easy, and they provided great customer service when there were minor issues to be addressed. Sally was great and she addressed our concerns immediately, and the two Alex’s that came by to address out needs were very friendly. I accidentally left an item at the location during check out and Sally was very accommodating in arranging for me to pick up the item. Thank you so much for a great experience stay!

Customer service is wonderful - very responsive and friendly. They found a lovely apartment in a great location for my elderly parents. It was so convenient for travel (a block from Metrotown station) and shopping/restaurants. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service. HSA accommodated all our needs, provided a very nice unit with all the necessary to live comfortable and they keep a fluent communication with us from start til the end of our stay.

We moved into an apartment of HighStreet Accommodations due to the water damage in our own place. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well maintained. The service was excellent and the staff were always nice and ready to help through our whole stay, even after we moved out. I left my bible at the apartment together with some other things. I contacted them and the arrangement was made speedily for me to pick up my belongings. I really appreciated their help. The experience was very satisfying and I highly recommend them.

HSA does a great job of looking after my investment. It's completely hands off, their housekeeping and maintenance staff monitor all the activity inside the unit, they take responsibility for any damage to the unit and automatically replace damaged items (housewares mostly) worth under $20. More expensive items or repairs are always offered with an estimate in an email. There are no surprises. Staff answer the phones as well, I rarely have to leave messages.

Excellent 5-star service, very friendly staff who are quick to respond and go out of their way to make your stay top notch and comfortable. We experienced a very stressful situation in our home due to a flood, and the temporary home-away-from-home that HighStreet Accommodations set us up with was like our personal "oasis". Sally Fitzpatrick in particular was highly accommodating and helpful! Highly recommended!

I was looking for an accommodation after my unit was damaged by flood. I got one bed from HighStreet and it was an amazing experience. Very clean, comfortable and very quiet location. I will like to come back another day to HighStreet. Thanks so much

Terrible place to use. They will tell you what you want to hear. They’ll lie. And 10 days after you leave they will come up with 800$ cleaning bills.
I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. They lie about “cleaning” for covid. They don’t clean carpet or upholstery between guests, even if they stay 3 months, however they claim they are renting out clean suites.
Their cleaning service is a rip off also. They do a bad job.

DO NOT USE! I’d pick ANY other place.

The staff is dedicated, caring & knowledgeable. Our furnished 2 bedrooom apartment is new, clean & nice. Highstreet came through from us when truly needed help. 5 stars isn't high enough of a rating for them.

Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay with HighStreet Accommodations. We stayed at station square with breathtaking views. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped with a lot of light. We would highly recommend staying there.
