Lovely staff! They were so very tentative and kind towards my needs and made sure to set me up with a doctor who is closer to my area. 11/10 I'd recommend them to anyone in the Victoria area.

My second appointment and I'm impressed with the quality of service to this point. Dental care is so important to me as a regular 2-4 monthly service. So far.this dental practice is highly rated by me.

I had a terrific experience at Hillside Dental from the moment I arrived at their door right through to my departure. The level of customer service is excellent. The quality of care is equally top notch. My dental hygienist was so professional, incredibly thorough and so kind and gentle. I can't believe how much brigther my smile is today! Thank you, too, Dr. Noh for the straight forward assessment and friendly bedside manner. This is one of the best dental offices I've ever visited. No fear no more!

My 5 year old had a filling and was none the wiser of what had been done. Yes I told him after but a Steller job! No pain even with the freezing being done.thank you

It's never fun to go to the dentist but hillside dental office takes some of the stress away. Friendly, professional staff.

Was very easy to book and the staff were super helpful in getting the benefits info / paper work filled out, which can be confusing at times. Dental assistants I had were great and the dentist was quick to investigate an issue with my tooth and provide options.

Will be continuing to go back!

I went on for two crown replacements. From the first moment, I was greeted very warmly and enthusiastically.

I really appreciated the dental assistant outgoing and communicative manner. I normally have high anxiety with dental treatment. I needed NO sedation whatsoever for my visit. They were also happy to use ephedrine free freezing. The dentist explained in detail each step so I knew what to expect. She was also very caring and kept asking if I was comfortable during each step of the procedure! She had to step away and even assured me "We won't forget about you, hang tight".

I was very impressed. Later after the freezing wore off, there was minimal discomfort!

I can't give 5 stars because it is a dental office, however the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and overall gentle. They all care about you and how you are doing.

Very fancy and spacious clinic. The place is very clean. All the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. They were maintaining proper hygiene. It was my first dental visit in Victoria and I got to say it was a wonderful experience. The dentist (Dr. JP) I saw was very humble and polite. The front desk service was amazing. I would highly recommend this place for all kind of dental visits.

I started to have pain after the filling that they did a week ago. My inner cheek was scraped by their tools and I just felt it after the anesthesia was gone. It got infected and I tried to call them after few days and they did not want to let me in right away because my dentist was on holidays. They just prescribed antibiotics for me to take and booked me after few days. I was suffering a lot and didn’t even go to work because my face got swollen and I couldn’t eat also. When I went back to the clinic and saw a different doctor, he said that the pain from the inner cheek was part of the process of how they did the filling last time. And that’s the answer you will give me for the pain that I experienced?

The amazing hygienist I had kept my mind occupied and the time flew by! That's what you want when you go to the dentists!

Hillside Dental has never failed to disappoint. Professional staff, great care and follow up. They are very helpful with checking on benefit coverage and I really appreciate the day-before reminder calls. I highly recommend and you will not be disappointed.

Have always accommodated me, my schedule, and my, shall we say, diverse emergencies as well as regular maintenance.

I've traveled extensively and have had other dentists look in amazement over the sophistication and finesse of their dentists work. YMMV

My hygienist, Cindy was great. But the receptionist who helped me wasn't very good. She didn't seem to be very helpful like other ladies at the desk. I felt she was treating me cold and didn't seem to care to find me an earlier spot than January, 2021.

Friendly staff calm atmosphere keeps you informed what is being done and what should be done and a real plus is they run on time

I’ve been a patient at Hillside for 18 years. All the hygienists are great, a good touch, work quickly. I never ask for a specific hygienist for my cleanings because you can bet you’ll have a good experience. Mall hours are handy, too.

Very friendly organized staff at reception. Always helpful and pleasant. A great team of dentists and hygienists. Fantastic hours of operation. I'm always very pleased with Hillside Dental Center. I highly recommend this business!

I booked time from work today to attend appointment I book in October and they canceled my appointment without telling me. Whoever cancel my appointment said I am in quarantine when I have finish my quarantine a week ago. The girl at the reception keeps saying you don’t have appointment after showering her my prove she was like oh your appointment has been canceled. She was just acting as if it’s normal for that to happen and she can book me a new date. I was like it’s ok. I would have given zero if there is zero star. Poor communication amongst stuff and client.

Awesome place - would recommend! They are organized and responsive and friendly. I like that the office is located in the mall and it’s a fairly nice space. Though there aren’t enclosed rooms, I felt there was enough privacy and I appreciated that there were ceiling TVs to keep me distracted during my visit. I had been avoiding the dentist for years, because my teeth are sensitive and I have a lot of anxiety. The hygienist and dentist were both friendly and gentle and gave some good advice about managing my teeth and using fluoride to help with sensitivity issues. When it came time to get it paid for, they were good about coordinating my benefits coverage and providing plenty of information.

If you are looking for one of the best dental clinics in Victoria BC, you don't have to look any further. My wife and I are fully satisfied with all the professional quality of work the Hillside Dental Centre has provided us during the past eight years. Thank you for helping making this possible as we continue to follow all of your recommendations for keeping our teeth and gum in such a wonderful condition.

Hillside Dental Centre provides excellent care for my 94 year old father who has early stages Alzheimer's. It's appreciated.

Used to be a great place-not so much now. The deal breaker for me was the rude woman at the front desk who insinuated I was a liar. Won't be back.

I have never been as comfortable or been treated as patiently as I was at this Dental office. Right from the wonderfully helpful women at the front check-in to Dr. Peters, who was gentle and provided a completely pain free extraction! Is there such a thing? Yes! Absolutely seamless appointment.

Thank you so much! I did a root canal filling in March and I was nervous at the beginning. The dentist and her assistant was so professional. They encouraged me and the anesthetization was very successful, I wasn’t feel any pain from the needle, and even the whole process of root canal. I will be back in August for another cavity filling:)

I always have a good experience here but my last cleaning was excellent, maybe even the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She was friendly, quick, and efficient and did a really thorough job. Impressed!
