My phone was completely broken and didn’t know if it would be able to be fixed. They did a good job first time but still some parts were broken and charged me 320$. 2 months after getting fixed started having problems with the battery I take it back and they charged me 140$ to change the battery even though they said there was a battery change the first time. Scam.

I dealt with Adnan over a few different interactions. The back of my iPhone 11 glass shattered and he was trying to look for a replacement product from Apple. I found one on Ebay and brought in. He was able to replace in a few hours and that day and for a reasonable price. Better than buying a new phone that's for sure.

I stopped by MobilinQ today at Hillside mall because there was something wrong with my phone camera. Unfortunately, I never got his name, but when I showed the employee working there, he was also very confused as the cracks were invisible to the naked eye. After taking the phone apart, he said he still could not find the error with my camera, and therefore did not charge me. He was able to give me a brand new phone camera and a new screen protector in about 30 minutes, and my phone looks brand new. He was super helpful and showed me what had gone wrong with the old camera. Overall, my experience today was very positive as it was quick, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for phone repairs

Melvin was amazing! I had a problem where I couldn't charge my phone properly for awhile. I almost spent the money on a new phone when I was suggested to go see Mobilin. Melvin found the problem right away and replaced my charger port. Now my phone works better than ever!

I brought my iphone 11 in for water damage and screen repair after wireless wave (an authorized apple location) told me it was not fixable. My wife’s iPhone 8 developed a problem with the camera and I was not able to find a place to repair it. Melvin offered to replace the front camera for $90. The problem was fixed. Great service, fast and professional.

Got my screen replaced 2 months ago, phone screen was installed improperly and the adhesive lifted causing screen to go dead. Contacted mobilinq support and have heard nothing back.

Great service fair trade, I have been to this place couple of times and they took care of my problem quickly and didn’t charge me for the service because it was just cleaning the socks and.but other places had charged me for the same service about 35$.

I went in yesterday morning for diagnostics for a dim screen. Initially the guy said 30 minutes, then an hour, then he asked me to come back today. I came in this afternoon and he hadn't touched it! The girl that was working called him and he said he would do it tomorrow. Please don't waste my time!

Worst service ever!
I went to Mobilinq at Hillside mall on July 31st, 2019. My iPhone SE wasn't charging and the battery died on the same day. Something was stuck inside the charging port. I pulled out dirt, but it still wasn't charging. I went to that "amazing mobile repair shop". When I told the repair guy what happened, and I asked him to change charging port on my iPhone. I came back an hour later, and they had the phone charging but the whole display was moving. I asked him, if he can do something about that. He opened the phone, moved something around inside, and closed it back up. The screen was still moving and he told me, it is "OK". I left the shop, kept my iPhone on the charger for almost 2 hours and the battery was still on minimum. I came back again and he told me my mother board was dead and that it was my fault!

What was most frustrating is that the repair guy didn't think to do an analysis initially and said I was the "expert". If that were true, I would have made the repairs myself.

After a lot of resistance, I finally was able to get a refund for most of what they charged me for the repairs (they refused to provide a full refund).
Overall, this was a terrible experience for me. I left feeling awful and worst of all with a phone that was in a worse state than when I first brought it to them!

They had the new screen cover I wanted in stock and installed it right away. It was reasonably priced. It was great

Broke the screen on my phone and expected me to pay it while fixing my charger port and then couldn’t fix it awhile back worst customer service ever.don’t really know how to reply but here ya it was in hillside mall few months ago u cracked my iPhone 6s then replaced it with a cheap knock off Chinese screen and made me pay for ur “labour” when u just messed it up worse for anyone reading this go to BLACK APPLE OR ANY OTHER REPAIR COMPANY WITH A PROFESSIONAL WORKING YOU BEEN WARNED

Don't go here! Probably the worst and rudest customer service ever. I went in to get the glass covering my cameras (LGG5 with normal and wide angle cameras) replaced and in the process he melted the plastic on the flashlight with his heat gun and also broke the wide angle camera in the process. When I tried to explain these two things to the owner he refused to admit and kept coming up with excuses how that can't be possible and I'm wrong.ultimately he said he would order in a new wide angle camera for me and call when it is in. I follow up several times and every time I am either hung up on or told that they know nothing of what I'm talking about. Thanks for breaking my camera! Doesn't look like I'm the only one who went in to have something fixed and left with at least one/two other things broken!

So back in December I went to get my screen replaced here. They replaced the screen and I was on my way. Only to realize that the down volume button no longer worked and the power button didnt work on my phone half the time. I went back and told the but this and was told he would replace the buttons free of charge and that he would order them in for the next shipment day. 2 shipment days passed then he tells ms he couldnt get them in so id have to buy them myself and he would put them in for me. Great so now i had to pay again for his mistake. I dont have a lot of extra money at all so it wasnt until april that i could afford to get the buttons. As soon as they came in I brought them in and he put them in. When i get it back he asks me to check to make sure they work and I see my phone and theres a huge crack in my screen! I point it out and he asks me again to try the buttons so i do and they work. I then ask again about the huge crack in my screen and he goes "well are you sure it wasnt there before? " As if he knew it was there and that it happened when he was fixing the phone and just wanted to try and get me to admit to something I didnt do! So i told him that im positive it wasnt there before! So he says that the next shipment comes in the Wednesday coming up from then and that he would replace my screen then. Screens didnt come in until the Thursday or Friday and i had to get in that day because he was off for 2 days after that. So the screen was replaced. And it doesnt end there like i thought it would! This morning after putting my phone down on a wooden surface beside my bed, I wake up to a huge crack across the too of my screen! Its like they buy the cheapest material possible and charge a ton for it! My dad works at the mall so he got a mall discount but that still left this crappy screen at $140. Coming from a place where I dont have a lot of money to keep fixing this, im infuriated and am absolutely telling all my friends. Im sick of this place. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere if you want your stuff fixed.
