Crazy busy and the upstairs parking is terrible, but great selection of stores, and alright set up. Wish there was more info kiosks though, only ever saw 1.

It's a mall with lots of shops. Pleasant surroundings. Family standard decor. Food court is large for this mall. Great book store on one end of the food court that is local to Victoria. Has large Canadian Tire store at another end. Has a small Thrifty food store as well. Parking lot can be confusing with a few one way lanes. Lots of stop signs in parking lot and watch out for pedestrians crossing and not looking. Has a huge former Sears store at one end of the mall that is still empty.

There's ample parking now with the upgrades they have made to the mall and as always the shops are current with new items to find.

Wonderful selection of food. Comes with very poor selection of stores. Albeit a few hidden gems tucked away.

I love Addition Elle though it can be a little pricey which is I suppose to be expected. But it's still a nice place to shop and the employees are really helpful. So I will continue to shop there.

Was better when there was still a pet-store. Set it apart form other malls.

The foodcourt is huge but post reno all the features that helped muffle sound are totally absent. Plus if you are mobility impaired and it hurts to walk it can be a long trip to the one ramp. For the size of the space that's really wrong. It 's hard to feel I have less choice if I don't want to go the extra distance to use the bit that's down a partial level. A sensory nightmare that's hard to access makes how long I spend at the mall way down as I can't recharge in the food court and carry on.

A positive - especially in summer is being dog friendly. Mine is very social and hates to be left at home. That had meant the person I might need to help me has had to stay with him and still does other places.

My dog is important enough that it bumps Hillside up to a 3. There was a time it was a 5 though. Management should consider people choose where to shop based on what's different. The constant parade of clothing retailers moving in and going belly up we can see anywhere.

Everything you need all in one place! Thrifty's, Canadian Tire and just about everything else you can think of!

Fantastic commitment to green transportation. Was one of the first malls to install lots of public chargers. I try to give this mall my business where I am able because green ideals should be rewarded.

Would rate higher if they started preventing piston pounders from blocking the EV chargers. ICEholes like this need to have their vehicles impounded.

Shopping center in the eastern part of Victoria that serves Saanich and Oak Bay. Carries most of the stores that would be expected. A Canadian Tire store occupies what was one of the Target locations. A Marshall's store and BC Liquor Store can be found as well.

Main store of interest would be Bolan Books. It's a locally owned store with a wide variety of books.

I had two quick errands to run. One at the mall and one across the street. Security Guard approached me and said I could only park while shopping at the mall. Lame policy, maybe a sign would help tell people you that, then they'd know you couldn't care less about the community too.

A pretty nice place, most staff is pretty friendly. There's quite a lot of variety and a nice place. I would recommend going here, but there are a lot other places that I would say are better like uptown or Mayfair. However, it's nice to have some variety. Definitely check it out!

Great food court. Lots of variety of stores. Does get a little crowded during the day but it's a mall. That's to be expected

Why is this a mall? Weird mix. Canadian Tire, Thifty's, regular mall attached to this. Mix of stores are not very good.

I was given a hillside shopping card. When I went to use it was told that it cost for a mantance fee, and the card had used it's value. Not happy and would not recommend the mall gift card to anyone

Always nice drop in to Hillside. It is kept clean it is nice and bright. Pleasant staff in all the stores I entered. Good sales on this weekend too. I do miss Sears though. Too bad about that iconic store. Hope something goes in soon to the empty space

Hillside is centraĺly located on Hillside Street and Shelbourne Ave. It offers plenty of parking and is easy to access. Fairly recently renovated, has a good selection of shops and businesses and features a spacious food court with a variety of culinary choices. Bolen Bòoks is one of my favourite Hiĺlside haunts, as is the huge Canadian Tire store.

The new stores are great. The mall is clean, has lots of stores. The food fair has lots of cool options and is always very clean. The parking lot is kind of annoying now that you can't cut through SEARS so hopefully they fill that spot soon:)

It's a mall. All of the things you expect to see in a mall are probably here. Recent Reno's leave all the hallways wide enough to feel more spacious than necessary. Food court is wide and open. Lots of shops. I hate malls on general principle though so don't take this as vicious condemnation. At least you don't have to go outside to leave one store and enter another.

Great mall with plenty of shops and large food court. Cool exhibits on the mall floors often, very well kept and safe location.

Someone could easily spend the entire day browsing at this mall, it's very nice. Parking usually isn't too bad. Food court has quite a few nice options of food. Highly recommend browsing at Bolen's books, amazing store.

This mall has a lot going for it: amazing food court, beautifully designed and consistently clean public washrooms, a laid-back atmosphere, and has both Bolen Books and Canadian Tire.

Security has a poor attitude towards trucking companies. Was told that big trucks are eye sores in the parking lot. Even though the old Sears building looks like an abandoned warehouse. The parking lot was a ghost town on the north dairy side of the building. So what was it hurting parking in an abandoned parking lot attached to the abandoned building.
