Hilton Vancouver Airport

We booked through Expedia and they made no mention that the shuttle is not available at this time.
Be prepared to pay $25,00 each way for a cab, I would not have booked this hotel if I was aware of the no shuttle.
There are numerous hotels around that provide a shuttle, that’s what we will be doing moving forward, hotel staff offer a few cookies in lieu of the inconvenience!
We won’t be staying here again.

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is terrible. They are charging $32 for
Continental style and low quality. We stayed at the Fairmont at the Vancouver airport where the breakfast is top quality and the same price. They need to increase the quality of the breakfast or lower the prices.

Updated room since our last visit before the pandemic. Good buffet breakfast included with gold or diamond members. No lounge but complimentary drink each day from the bar. Parking charge a tad high. Good service at check in and breakfast.

Great location, restaurant and bar are a 7/10.
Rooms are large and spacious. I particularly love the seperate living and bedroom space. Bathrooms are not large but have decent water pressure and nice showerhead with handheld. Beds are 8/10 on comfort.

The hotel may change the services it undertakes to provide you without asking or prior notice. They're making a stupid statement. You can complain to the hotel manager, saying it was changed by the hotel manager. What difference does it make to tell the manager who cannot even make a simple hotel organization (who cannot inform the guests about the time change of the promised service) ? A professionally incompetent manager and employees who parrot what he says. Worst hotel experience I've ever stayed in Canada.

They put "scrambled eggs" on the buffet for breakfast. It's 6 o'clock in the morning and it's rock solid and green! Is this freshly made or is there a rookie chef in the kitchen!? He doesn't even know how to make scrambled eggs.

They bring coffee and it tastes like cardboard! What brand of coffee do you use!?

The aircondition in the rooms is both inadequate and extremely noisy.

The mini refrigerator's motor is making excessive noise.

There are hairs everywhere, at the head of the bed and in the bathroom! What does a housekeeping supervisor do?

There is a disgusting wet carpet smell in the entrance area of ​​the room. The only answer to all these complaints is "I'm sorry", it makes no sense!

You can stay in cheaper or better hotels around here.

Very Nice room however the breakfast is really average. Even a B&B's breakfast is way better. Disappointed about it. Really limited choice and not good

Horrible hotel experience ever!
I simply asked for a 2 queen bedroom.
They secretly gave me a 2 double suite, only telling me upgrade to suite.

Later I found it was 2 double. They said they can cancel and refund. But they felt they were so “kind” to upgrade it to suite and double is almost queen.

I booked another hotel and asked them to cancel. They said they will not refund.

It’s already mid in the night!
Thank you so much for wasting our time and money!

Terrible experience. Room is falling apart. I don't know what to say about staff as my interaction is only during check in and check out. I guess that staff is good?
Restaurant is bad. Eggs Benedict are served with "fried yukon gold potatoes", which were served dark as coal. And it still amazes me how can you burn a potato on the outside and yet have middle not cooked.
Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, maybe then businesses will start stepping up to what they should be.

Location is good. I used to stay 75+ nights a year for 5 years straight. First time back a few things changed. Service in restaurant was dismal each morning, didn’t have any cribs even though was requested in advance. Elevator was out again making it very hard to checkout or get anywhere. (Has always been an issue). Room was comfortable as usual.

Very good hotel. We had to be evacuated because of fires in British Columbia and we found a room in this hotel before going back to France. Very good staff, incredible bed and great view. The restaurant is also excellent.

The young lady I delt with in the evening was great. She helped me get all the things I needed and gave me great directions

The hotel is not really that close to the Airport, the shuttles are down and it is a 20 dollar cab ride. But the rooms are excellent.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton property. The staff are rude and incompetent. They have loud “maintenance” events all day long and don’t do a damn thing to help you. How the hell am I suppose to enjoy my stay with unbearable noises for 5 hours? Wouldn’t even move my room. I won’t ever be staying here, and advise anyone thinking about staying here to go elsewhere.

Stay here on a quick overnight when my flight was delayed. Check in was fast; room was clean, modern, and comfortable; check out was easy; hotel was close to the airport. Would do again.

Very impressed with the great service and comfortable rooms. The pool is heated. Not as hot as a hot tub but nice for evening swim. Convenient location for flyers with public transport option using the Canadian line rail and nearby stop.

The towel that I found when I checked in. The receptionist told me she would send someone to pick up, but nobody showed up.

All good. Standard Hilton hotel.
Bar staff were great upselling, always busy.
Food was seriously over priced.
This is not fine dining and you are not getting tabloids service. 12 dollars for a Pina colada sorbet and so on.

Very clean and peaceful airport hotel. Very near to the Vancouver airport. 20mins ride. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and walkable distance to the Richmond center and Hudson bay. Recommended

Convenient for an unexpected layover, but expensive and they BS you on the room descriptions and bed sizes were outright wrong.
Not the best neighbourhood to go out after dark.

They’re doing construction and the signage was pretty confusing to get to the lobby to check in from the parking lot.especially since there are a few different hotels that share the same parking structure I believe. I wasn’t the only one lost because I ran into another group in the elevator trying to find the check in desk as well. Please be more clear with the signage because it was really irritating after a long day of travel. It’s also very noisy due to construction. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean enough.even though there were random stray hairs in the bathroom.

What a comfortable stay. We stayed in their suite and were able to enjoy the skyline from the balcony. The beds are comfortable and we had a lot of space to move around between the living room and bedroom. Sweet! The staff are friendly and made our day. We arrived late and were able to enjoy a drink in the lounge before we hit the hay. Highly recommend.

Terrible housekeeping. Will not clean rooms with request. Bad waiters at restaurant. Comfortable bed wish I could have stayed longer then 6 hrs tanks for the sleep over due to pour travel day delay in flights
