Everyone was very helpful and kind. Nurse was very good answering questions and seemed happy to help. My only complaint was the wait. Showed up for testing on a Saturday a few minutes before it opened for a walk in appointment. There was already a line so I had to wait just under an hour. Not the worst, that's what you'll get basically wherever you go. They do good work here and do it competently.

I've been trying for weeks to book an appointment. Nobody answers the phone and even when I try to drop in at their Davie location nobody answered the buzzer. I drove all the way out from Surrey to Vancouver for this today need to find out I've wasted gas money and my time. They've closed the other locations closer to me apparently. I don't know why I keep trying. What's the point of this place if nobody can get in and nobody will talk to you or communicate anything to you. You can't even booked any appointments on their website. I give up.

Have done useful tests here but their phone doesnt work and they often dont answer the buzzer to the building. They are in serious need of a simple online tool to book an appointment. Also most of the time when you request a test in person they redirect you to LifeLabs. The process for acquiring their services like PrEP etc is circuitous and confusing.

Can't book online, can't speak to anybody over the phone, and walk ins are booked after an hour of opening. I'm really not sure what the point of this service is. Extremely unhelpful.

I've been testing here with an appointment over the phone since COVID.it's tough to get an in person appointment due to time restraints. I called in to reschedule without much issue. Walk-in is nearly impossible.would suggest trying QMUNITY instead.

Thanks for the support and ur help, though it is quite confusing sometimes while the person handling my appointment had no idea why I came in.the appointment was originally set up by the clinic wanting me to come in.

Abusive rude weird front desk guy
Good nurses are hard and far in-between
One lady nurse was nice a yr ago
One young guy nurse looks disgusted even from blood extraction
Took 3 weeks trying&trying to get help and front desk is rude, dreadful experience, way too much abuse of power, almost pathetic.

If you are full today- you should at very least give an appointment.

This place used to be nice, is gone down a filthy toilet in last year.

I've always had a really positive experience in this clinic.

I felt listened to, I felt like the nurses and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and gave you the time.

I realize this place is run by community members and I appreciate the work they do very much. However, the phone answering system does not work. They have a menu option “if you need to speak with someone” - which I do. But if you select this menu option, it just endlessly loops you through a prerecorded message and you can’t actually get anyone on the phone.

Fast service and staff is very very very friendly. Special shoutout to the beautiful Persian lady that did my blood tests, what an absolute GEM!
