Hitori Japanese Restaurant

I got the chicken roll tbh it was cold and the chicken was quite dry. My friend got the beef spicy yaki udon and it was pretty good so give this place a try u might like smth.

A place I went to after hearing a lot of good things about it. It was rewarding to run far.

We’ve ordered here a few times now through skip and the Sushi is AMAZING. So fresh, wow! Salmon nigiri was the best I’ve ever had! Served very well, very clean, delicious! A bit more pricey but honestly it’s worth it. I would recommend eating here if you are a sushi lover

Servers are friendly, inside or outside is good seating, prices are okay but no one’s prices are good these days. The chicken katsu here is delicious

Awesome first time & awesome first time dine in experience. Was lucky enough to be seated at a booth with my wife & baby. Delicious Food, friendly & fast Service. Definitely worth checking out. Will be moving to the area beginning of August & will definitely be back to try new things

We are so fortunate to have this high quality Japanese Restaurant in our area. This is not your average suishi place. Unique and authentic suishi. We love their grilled Japanese meals.for example the Vegetable teriyaki dinner.which comes with traditional rice and black rice. So fresh and delicious! We love to sit outside on their patio. Take-out is great also.

From the friendly greeting at the door, to the attentive service, we felt really comfortable and happy in our first visit. The food was tasty, well-made and the portions were generous. I'm new in the neighbourhood and will definitely be back.

Food was okay. Sashimi was still very, very cold. One of the pieces was improperly cut so it was full of fibrous, unchewable stringy stuff. The service was pretty bad; I was mostly ignored and rushed. I won't be here again. The small sushi place down the street across the pub was MUCH better

Ordered a few times with skip, never disappointed. Spicy tuna roll is great. Good quality, great taste. Also recommend the deep fried California roll and yaki soba noodles.

Ordered on uber eats. Ordered Hitori 5 Lunch Combo, which comes with salmon teriyaki. Salmon pieces were really thin and dry. Also ordered tempura udon and the soup barely had any flavor. I don't recommend this place.

The most amazing Alaska roll I have ever had. Truly spectacular, flavour beyond comparison. I want to thank you for the gracious service and pleasant atmosphere.

Me and my coworkers used to Enjoy hitori multiple times per week. Since then kitchen staff or ownership has changed and the food quality has lowered significantly. Please start doing things the old way and we will gladly start coming back.

Borderline criminal. Look at my Chicken Teriyaki take-out. Very few Chicken pieces are smaller than my thumb. My doordash pick-up order was ready in 7 min. The restaurant was empty. And yes I had a bad feeling about my take-out when I received a ready-for-pickup E mail 7 min after placing my order. I don't often write reviews, unless it's really really really bad. $13.60 gone.

The Hitori sushi restaurant has a pleasant environment and high quality of food. On the other hand, reasonable food prices surprised me. ^^

Love there food quality and there price, and also there music and service! This homely little sushi location is awesome and is now my new little go-to sushi place! Definitely reccomend them if you're ever in town!

I have ordered sushi from Hitori a few times this past month, after it was recommended by a coworker. Their sushi has consistently been tasty and fresh. Plenty of options on their menu, including some really good combo options. I find their prices very reasonable and staff are always friendly when we come to pick up.

Great japanese restaurant in the heart if murrayville. Their default is wild sokeye salmon and not the atlantic farm garbage most other places use. I was impressed as i did not have to request it. Clean, bright and the individual booths make it a great place to dine in as well during the pandemic. Quality sushi at reasonable, if not too reasonable of a price. Saba battera and any of their aburi is a must. A good mix of traditional fare for the purists and also some creative modern items for the adventurous. Our new family sushi destination!

Really annoyed with my visit here tonight. Ordered takeout, got home and my miso soup cup was half full. I looked at my moms miso soup and it was also half full which in the past has always been full. Called to complain and the girl on the phone laughed and said that’s normal. They only give one scoop which equals 1/2 cup. So beware, for 1.75$ you will only get 1/2 cup of miso soup. Felt like telling her she was rude but refrained.
Been here many times but time to take my business elsewhere for how cheap and rude this restaurant is going to be.

I would like to give a zero star review if I can, coz their sushi is disgusting.
Definitely won't be returning! If you don't want to get sick I'd stay the heck away for sure.

Best sushi in Langley. I’ve tried and reviewed others that were good but have always had iffy experiences after. But Hitori is always amazing. Their salmon melts in your mouth. And their specialty rolls are delicious. Even my hubby who doesn’t like sushi has found rolls (deep fried) he loves here. Best of the best outside of Richmond and won’t go anywhere else!

Came for the spicy seafood udon and variety of rolls, does not disappoint. Very good food, and nice courteous staff. Will be back again for sure when in the area.

Snow White roll is a pleasant surprise - even better than its description! Also enjoyed really tasty take out teriyaki chicken - the fried veggies and black rice make the dish that much more special. I think this place out competes its neighbour competition.

Our second time here. Wonderful food and great service. Really great execution of covid protocols. We will definitely be back.

I was really hungry and popped in not expecting much, but this place is great. Food was good, prices were good. And the combo filled me up. Definitely worth visiting again.

I love this place! I had the best California roll I've ever had- and everything was so delicious. Lots of parking for everyone. But the food! Made me happy.

Delicious fresh food. Katsu Don was very yummy. Also tried the Teriyaki Chicken, Gyoza and White Mountain Roll. Our new favourite Japanese spot.

Had the vegetarian teriyaki and I was really happy. Plenty of vegetable variety and a great sauce with black and white rice. Place is nice and clean with quick service. It’s hard to always please everyone (including me) but I’ll be back again.

Totally disappointed! I've paid around $6 on the smallest salmon avocado roll that I ever saw in my life! I strongly don't recommend this place!

Had date night at Hitori. Was a nice atmosphere, food was delicious and great prices! Safety for their customers and staff members were in place. Our hostess was very friendly. We'll be going back! If you're in the neighborhood, stop by and help support this small business!

These guys are absolutely incredible! My sister and I order from them all the time and they are hands down the best place in Langley Township to order sushi from! The selection is amazing, they're fast, amazing quality of food, and they are so nice and welcoming when you go in, whether you are dining in or picking up a take out order! Love, love, LOVE them! This will always be my favourite, go-to sushi place!:)

I asked for Crab lover roll. Not cheap. But you get a big chunk of rice with fine thin layer of really thin shredded crab meat.
I pointed it out to waitress and the cook.they didn’t say anything or offer anything or offer to fix it. I still paid the full price and left.

I am always happy with my experience at this place. The food has the basics that are well done and a bunch of creative, unique rolls to mix it up. They are always kind, the service is fast and I always leave satisfied.

The sushi here has been some of the freshest I have tasted, very good. Pricing is typical of sushi restaurants. Me and my friend ordered Miso soups before our sushi that came out cold but they were quick to get us both new cups that were warm. Overall this is becoming one of my favourite places to have sushi.

Best priced sushi you can get. Wonderful kinda waitress/chefs food is a soild 4/5 but service and price a 5/5. Recommended

It is good sushi. The rainbow roll could use a drizzle of sauce, But I know every restaurant does things differently.the dynamite rolls are fantastic.only two pcs Farm salmon (3 pcs tuna) in the appy sashimi, hence 3 stars.most sushi restaurants locally offer 3 pcs Atlantic salmon.

Excellent service, very helpful and informative when asked about healthy menu options. Fresh food that tastes like it's made from quality ingredients in addition. The food comes quite swiftly on top of all that, I never find myself waiting too long for a meal. The other thing I'd like to mention here is that it's a very quiet, tranquil atmosphere, which some like myself might admire. Try the Hitori dragon roll if you like spicy seafood.

Best sushi restaurant me and my wife have ever been to, hands down. The food is unbelievable, always taste amazing and looks extremely presentable. The service is always very welcoming and friendly.

Busy (esp.during lunch) sushi place - sushi/ sashimi is up to par, but their bistro (cooked) stuff is fantastic

Good vegetarian options, food arrived promptly and quite delicious. Staff are always friendly. Tofu teriyaki and yam tampura rolls are to die for.

Decent sushi - not my go to, but still pretty good. Servers are always outgoing, and the food is decent. I definitely recommend it.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Food is always fresh and delicious. Reasonable prices and a varied menu. Definitely recommend the hot seafood soup. The rolls are a fairly decent size for the price. Lunch for two can be had for under $30 and still feel full.

I came with my 8 year old son for a dinner date and was told we can sit in the private booths because it only for 4 people or more. However 2 of the 3 had been empty and the only booth being used was a couple.

Food is amateur and the worst I've had in Langley. Service was good as we were the only patrons.
