Great service and prices.good selection of most tools and supplies for them.update 2023: still good prices but service a little lacking. Went to buy two Milwaukee speakers, inventory said 7 in stock but they could find NONE. They would bring one in from the warehouse and call me the next day. Well i called two days later because no call was received from them. When i asked, they found it in the back. So they 'dropped the ball' on the important part.they should have called! In their defence, service at almost all business has gone downhill.just saying that employees do not seem to care the way they should.

Was here during their sales event. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.
Only issue that could improve is, there was only two staff at cashier with many extras just walking around. This made the lineup unnecessarily long.

The guys have the best prices in town on Milwaukee tools. Great knowledgeable staff very helpful. Unlike many stores if its in the flyer it's in stock. I don't know how they do it alot of items are below others cost. Lots of parking out front. Wheel chair or walker accessible.

It's been my go to place for tools of all kinds.

I have purchased a few thing at HNT, the quality seems good and they have one of the best selections of tools in MR. The service has always been good.

Went to KMS for a milwaukee backpack that said was in stock on their website. Sure enough wasn't. HNT had it and a huge selection of other bag's too. Very good prices too. Will be back there for any tools I need.

Amazing selection of Milwaukee tools and beyond! Also great staff who were helpful and even offered to help carry items to the truck. First time today was great and will be going back for sure!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have sold me a refurbished product (without telling me it's a refurbished product-be aware) for a full price. After a year (3 years warranty) it broke down, and they didn't want to deal with it. I only used it a hand full of times during the one year. They sent me back-and-forth to the Dewalt repair centre wasting my time In the end i am out $600. I'm disappointed with the way they're treating their customers. I will never go back to buy anything from there.

A bit junky. Has only an East west entrance off Lougheed Highway. Every item I needed was in stock. Staff very helpful and friendly. Go visit them and support local merchants.

Went to HNT to buy a shovel and some Milwaukee tools and the Sales associate Brooke was super helpful in helping to fit the tool to my needs and job. Good pricing, Good Staff, Good stock on products. Grate Store highly recommend

Been driving past this place for years and always assumed it was a junky little "dollar store" tool place.man was i wrong!
i spent two hours in this store and an amount of money a care not to discuss.
Great selection of quality brand name tools, accessories and just cool tool stuff! Dewalt is pretty big here, but Milwaukee has it's own ROOM!
If you haven't been, and you need tools or just like looking at tools.just go!

Jace Jung at HNT went above and beyond today by picking out clamps, glue and helped me repair my broken piece of cabinetry. Just Awesome!

Phenomenal service I went in looking for a new cordless drill set and the staff there hooked me up with a set that I was totally unaware of and was better/cheaper than what I had set my mind on buying before I had gone to the store.

Customer service is the worst I have seen, spent almost 6000 in tools and I regret I gave my business to them. I will never go there again. Manger only changed his attitude when he saw how much money I was spending. Milwaukee rep gave me a price and still they charged me more, good I checked the receipt, the Manger was being cheap for and extra battery that Milwaukee rep authorized " really "
few weeks later went to pickup my tools and a 4300 tool they gave me the wrong one and still the clerk with attitude and arguing that that was the one I ordered, even saying lies that they offered me the most expensive one but I ordered the cheap without heads, " really, " finally a young coworker checked the system and YES I did ordered the expensive one with all the heads.you can make mistakes is fine but attitude and customer service is really but here from manager and a senior clerk, I don't recommend this store, Summits tools way better

So much tools. Even the employees are tools. Competitive prices and a super wide selection. Worth circling the block to get into that awkward entrance. A must stop in to check out store!

I had an excellent experience earlier today with the manager Matheus, great customer service and product knowledge.

This place is the absolute greatest to shop for power tools ranging from Milwaukee, Dewalt and Makita! Not only is the staff helpful and knowledgeable, but they offer amazing customer support I haven't experienced instore in a while.
Being a Milwaukee guy, the Milwaukee Tool Room at HNT is my favourite place to shop in Maple Ridge; the convenience of not having to go past Pitt Meadows is not only time saving but also helps support local businesses.
I would highly recommend HNT Tools to anybody in the trades, homeowners, DIY hobbyists, etc.

Great store for tools, awesome selection, and good service by friendly staff, my go to store for a while now. 4 star because prices used to be better and more competitive than other tool stores.

I was shopping for an impact wrench to help with my backyard mechanic projects. The staff provided me with lots of information about various products and their price points. They even went the extra mile to advise me on safety issues and urged me to do a little more research to make sure I got the right tool for my needs.

I went into the store and everything, and i mean everything had electronic locks preventing me from taking off shelf hooks and bringing them to the till. I understand the need for loss prevention, however this was excessive. I left and went to Canadian Tire. I won't shop at your store - the anti theft was excessive.

I recommend it, they have a wide range of tools at competitive prices. I am working for a GC and everytime I purchased from them I was satisfied.staff is really nice and very helpful.

The manager was incredibly knowledgeable, the store was well stocked with a variety of options. All of the tools were quality and they had very competitive deals. I will be diverting more of my construction friends here rather than Rona and home Depot.

I have been a customer of HNT for 2 yrs, first at the Vancouver location and now at the Maple Ridge store. They have been great with prices and excellent customer service. Recently I had an issue with a power tool I bought and they were fast and ready to resolve my issue. Jace and Matheus handled my issue like pros and when I went to the store Matheus was very helpful and did and awesome job. Thank you guys

I haven't been in the market for new tools for years, but today I needed something, so I thought to check it out.
Not only was I pleasantly surprised at the sheer volume of (brandname) tools and other merchandise they carry, they also offered excellent advice and set me up with what I needed at a very reasonable price. Next time I need something, I'll check here first.

Pretty happy with the inventory and selection of tools and accessories that are in stock. A year ago I purchased a set of H4 LED headlight bulbs to upgrade my old Audi which work great. I found tools that neither Canadian Tire, KMS or Princess Auto has in stock. They dont have everything but it's usually worth a stop in to check. As well I found a tool to help overhaul my power steering pump which I could not find at the aforementioned retailers, Cheers

They scammed me for one extra extension cord and the stapler I bought broke 1/2 way through the job. Then they gave me a hard time when I returned it.check your recipe before you leave.
