The servers kept coming around asking if we were ready to order when we told them multiple times we weren’t and our group wasn’t even fully there yet. Also first thing when we got to our table the didn’t ask us how are day was or anything they just straight away told us we had to pay a group tip for our table number. Also while ordering the server seemed very smug and kind of rude. I asked if they had a spicy California role (which is just spicy mayo added on top of the roll) and rudely told me they didn’t have it, didn’t give options of what I could’ve ordered instead, nothing.

The worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Waited over 40 minutes after being quoted 15 minutes for my takeout order that they got incorrect. Instead of apologizing and offering to remake my order they argued with me and tried to tell me they didn’t make a mistake. They then told me I’d have to wait a long time if i wanted them to remake it. Overall incredibly rude and zero concern for customer satisfaction. Absolutely will not be back.

We love their Pho rare beef soup and spring rolls! Very affordable and very good quality food.

Pho lovers beware!

Should have taken the first hint when we sat down to a restaurant that serves both pho and sushi. Broth was cloudy and tasteless. Noodles were horribly over cooked and disintegrating in the soup. Spring rolls were lifeless and tasted like they had been sitting for hours. On top of all of this it was very overpriced. The only thing that saved us was the beer Hanoi - service was good and drinks were prompt. All I wanted was a comforting bowl of soup and was left dissatisfied and wishing I just ate somewhere else.

Daughter of the owner said, "the owner will not allow registered service animals in the restaurant. I explained that the law allows those with service animals in restaurants. Access cannot be denied. Her response was, "It is not a law. "

Under the Guide Dog and Service Dog Act, certified dog and handler teams have the same rights as people not accompanied by dogs. Provided the dog is well-behaved, a team cannot be denied access to: Restaurants and cafes.

Came here with my mum and started off with the shrimp gyoza which was super good for our first time trying it. Then came our pho which right away we could tell something was off with the broth.the best description I can say is there was something missing or it was just strange… the more were eating we realized it was mainly just broth and soggy noodles with cilantro and few slices of meat. My mom looked miserable she did not want to keep eating. When the waitress came to ask if we wanted it packed up we said no she then asked if we liked the food and pressed us for our opinion. My mom expressed her concern as to why it was not appetizing and the waitress said it must be her tastebuds and said next time to order with less noodles.

Needless to say we were not happy to be the ones blamed for the food. Especially since we’ve been having pho for many years. There will never be a “next time” coming here.

Standard quality Pho that you would get at any other place except this place you are forking over 20$ per pho after tip

Poorest service I have received since the female owner kicked us out of the restaurant because they wanted to close early.

I also ended up hearing the server vent to what appears to be the owner/manager about how the server is constantly stressed/overworked so it doesn’t seem like a great place to work in with that kind of an owner

Our bill was about 50$ and we gave a good tip too

Best rare beef Pho.ever! Beef melts in your mouth. Ask for chili oil if you want to spice it up.

Worst War Wonton soup ever. Was a Pho base with 4 wontons and a piece of pork and they call it a War wonton Don't waste your time, far better restaurants in town

Wow! Absolutely the very best food ever. I’ve been to Vietnam and this is as authentic as it gets.

I order take out from this place all the time. Tuna Tataki, Rare Beef Pho, and Salad rolls are our favourites. Best rare beef Pho takeout we have found.

I was really disappointed. This place was recommended to me. I ordered the spicy beef sate pho and the broth was terrible. It wasn't spicy at all. And it was so heavy with grease. It lacked flavor and was just not enjoyable at all. The salad roll was thankfully edible.

Definitely not the best Pho, extremely sub-par. Service felt super rushed. We weren't offered any drinks and clearly the server did not want to answer questions about the menu, we were trying to see what was popular and get recommendations. First time there and will certainly be the last.

We had such a delicious lunch! I had the vegetarian stir fry with rice and it was AMAZING! Best stir fry I’ve ever had! It was very flavourful and not spicy, but they had hot sauce on the side to add if you’d like. All of us were so thrilled with our meals!

The best pho I could get in Kelowna area. I have been coming here for the past 10+ years. Highly recommended

Very delicious. I'm glad they opened it again. I strongly recommend seafood fried noodles! We will come again! 

Good atmosphere for the family and flavourful food.
Only thing I would critique was table service, once the food came no one came to the table to check on drinks or the meal. However getting someone's attention was easy.
