Used to be amazing with previous ownership.
They were able to do #6 with #8s special sauce back then.
The waitress claimed #8 was the same as the request but it wasn’t. Was pretty disappointed that she lied.

Food was still pretty good, but the change in ownership and poor service wasn’t great.

Spice level is perfect for an Indian taste bud excellent preparation of lemongrass grill chicken

Hit it! Having just come back from Hoi An I wanted to try the food to compare. Although slightly different from my experience in Vietnam I will have to say the food was quite delicious. Would recommend and go again!

Today, my gf and I had dinner at this place, hoping to enjoy a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, we found the food to be rather average. However, what truly dampened our experience was the server's lack of courtesy towards us. From the moment we arrived, they didn't bother to greet us or attend to our table with the same level of service as the others maybe we are viet but speak fully english?
While my gf was using my phone and hadn't finished her food, the server kept approaching her and asked if she was done. Shortly after, only five minutes later, they returned to inquire again.
Overall, our visit was marred by subpar service and a lack of attentiveness from the server. Their rude behavior and disregard for our dining experience overshadowed the average quality of the food.

Very busy restaurant during lunchtime but we got seated pretty quickly. We ordered #6 Mi Quang and #1 Banh Beo. They tasted pretty decent and the fact that you can’t really find these specialty dishes in other Viet places makes it more special. Service was fast even though it was very busy. Would definitely recommend if you wanna try Viet food other than pho.

Drove by here many times.went in for lunch today. Had their special dish mi quang specific to the region. It was good.

Not recommended! The food here is NO LONGER GOOD.
There has recently been an owner (probably cook as well) change for this small restaurant. The food is now low in quality and high in price.
I used to give 5* to this restaurant, but now it deserves 1*. Not recommended.

I dont know if they understand the meaning of " changing" or " extra " word. I came there and ordered Bun Bo Hue. I dont eat pork feet so i told the girl who took my order that i dont like pork feet so could i change to other ingredient like pork blood? She said "you want extra pork blood ". I even said i wanna " change " not extra 2 times because i know that i'll have to pay more if i want extra that. Normally, they give you 1-2 small pork blood pieces but they charged me 1$ for just 1 more bigger pork blood piece. Wth? Is this a joke? 1$ is not a big deal but they need to get customer's order correctly. They cant charge whatever they want.

My go to Vietnamese restaurant. Pretty much everything on the menu is good. They specialize in Cao Lau and Mi Quang. Bun Bo hue is really good too.

My friend brought me here and it was great. Recommended. My friend speaks fluent Vietnamese, so I’m not sure if this made a difference.

The pho is very average, compare to that busy competitor across the street. But they do have the steamed rice cake thing which is quite good.

Surprised myself when the restaurant across the street was closed for a month (I always go to Huong Yen for their fish cake and fried squid pho) and so I just walked across to this place. The house specialty spicy hock meat pho was delicious. Will definitely come again.

We had number 21 and 12 (sorry we are white washed only rmb item numbers not item names) good portion and delish. Go for small if you're single, large is for couple when the girl cannot finish it and leave half the bowl for the boyfriend. Overall, we love dining here and definitely gonna come back for 21

My friends and I went here today, the food was good but the server was rude to us. We didn’t finish our food but she took everything away and cleaned the table angrily. Then we had to stay outside during the rain for the very long time waiting for the bus.

Amazing north Vietnamese dishes! Nice delicious things that are different than the usual pho and banh mi

Best Pho in Vancouver. Broth is delicious. Service is fast. Price is affordable. Can’t go wrong.
