Just to good.
Good place to eat.
They are loosing a lot of business due to parking issues.
Lots of times we just give up because of parking. Don't have time to go around the block several times for a parking spot.

Went here last week with the wife for a surprise night out. The food there is always good. Always the same great quality. While there isn’t a huge need for service, the staff there is great. I really enjoy this place.

I had a bad experience eating here, We only came here at lunch time around 3: 45' and there was no food available for dinner at that time. We asked the server for reassurance and she confirmed that we had a lunch menu. But when we finished eating and went to pay, she charged us for dinner and she explained that it was automatic because the system changed the time. Stay away from this restaurant its really bad!

Doesn't matter if you dine in or take out, the food and service is always great. I always recommend Hojas to people who haven't been as there is something for everyone.

My wife and I love it here! The staff are always polite and make us feel welcome. The food is excellent and the chefs who prepare it do a wonderful job!

The lunch buffet was perfect. The selection was stocked up and fresh, the sauces were great and the staff were very pleasant. I managed to get the right balance of spicy and flavourful. What more could I ask?

Ordered food from this place through door dash, less than half the order arrived. When we called the restaurant to inform them there only solution was to get a door dash refund and order again, paying another service fee and tip. DO NOT order delivery from this place

A different dining experience. You can make your own meals and have it cooked infront of you.
I didn't really understand how it worked at first but once I did I found it to be very enjoyable!

Absolutely love this place! 10/10 you can make your food out of raw ingredients and they will fry it up on the flat top in front of you and you can further customize it with sauces etc. Its really quite the experience.

I'm only giving one star because zero is not an option.
I went to this low budget establishment the other night and received the worst service ever for a $25 stir fry that I made myself.
(They were too cheap to reprint menus regarding their recent price hike so they put white out on the existing menus to display the jump)
I only made one dish but wasn't feeling well so I wanted to take it home and not waste food and they told me the only container they would provide would cost me an extra $5 (on top of a $25 stir fry I MADE MYSELF) and that it wouldn't fit my food so that would be thrown away.
In this economy why are we encouraging people to waste food? Get gouged more or or the perfectly good food that you are already paying as much for as at a full service restaurant gets thrown in the trash? Not a good business model.
To top it all off the manager took such offense to my protest to being charged more that he began swearing at us and told us to never come back, not like I would anyway.

Save your money and go somewhere with decent service and atmosphere, I felt like I was in a food court

The Waiter was very kind. Food was pretty decent and tasty. The cook was very rude, and unpleasant.

I used to come here once a month, I moved away to Vancouver a couple of years ago. But when I’m back in town it’s always nice to fill the “Hoja” craving. It’s a Kamloops classic and I’m so happy the food is still so good and it hasn’t changed a bit.

Compared to other mangolian grills, this one has more varieties. Seafood is great in all you can eat. The only issue was the spices were not upto the mark. So just make sure you add double the spices you usually do.

Really great food and ingredients. It really takes it up a level because you get to prepare your own dish, they have so many options that it is very hard not finding something you like.

Wow, what a wonderful experience.
I never had to eat anything I didnt like as I built my own bowl, watched chef cook it and ate every bite.
We returned ladt nightcto celebrate my daughter birthday, which was evening before, service got weird when we asked for the birthday free cake.no can do as you a day late.so only go on your birthday.

It's fun to watch the cook fry your food while preforming little entertaining tricks.

O stars.not checking covid vaccination passport, used to have staff fill bowls and now customers are allowed to touch tongs/spoons themselves.gross.also 2 men were at buffet without mask.when asked server was aware of customers not wearing masks.in addition all people huddled around together waiting for their food

Took my boys out for their buffet and a bubble tea. The "show" was great as the Chef flipped some dishes and chopped and tossed around our some food before serving it. Will be going back for more.

Ohh, highly reccomend! So GOOD! Buffet selection that gets fried on the grill in front of you, and is all you can eat. Was amazingly delicious and worth every penny! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great food and always fun to pick your own ingredients for the perfect stir fry. Fabulous to support a business standing up for the rights of clients to choose their own mt. Thanks for the great stirfrys where no two are ever alike.

Confusion at first since this was a new experience. Once I had my cooked food and sat down the 30 minut wait to get in was well worth it. Amazing food and exciting atmosphere. Thanks guys was a great show watching ya all cook on the grill. Will definitely be back.

Great food loved going there but never will again due to refusal to follow public health guidelines regarding COVID. Way to do to spit in the eye of our brave doctors and nurses.

After long drive from 100 mile house, we 4 families (8 adults and 5 kids) visited this place.

Ambience is good.
Food selection is enough
Taste is awesome
Staffs are very friendly.

A definitely good place to visit if u want to try something new.

Unfortunately due to non-compliance for vaccine passports, this restaurant is now off my restaurant list. Stay safe folks.

Remedial understanding of science and health guidelines as it relates to Covid 19, which tells me that likely extends to taking short cuts in other areas of health compliance.

Pretty okay place. The food was good but a little bit expensive for what you get.

I would be happier with this place if it had more sauce (currently only has 6 - 9) and a sauce guide. (The sauce makes the dish and it's easy to get it wrong). If they fix that would be a 4.5.

Went there earlier this year, amazing customer service, great food and fair pricing. Will be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised that we found a Mongolian restaurant downtown Kamloops. The food is pretty good, but compared to other Mongolian food I've eaten I would give it a 7/10. The ambiance is lacking, but maybe because of Covid protocols.

New safety measures in place to minimize exposure, contact and contamination. During the pandemic I prefer take out and was not disappointed with the process. Always delicious.

It is not what it used to be before quarantine. Doesn't have a taste and texture of freshly cooked food. Feels and tastes like precooked and warmed up food. Vegetables are mushy, chow mein soft as if it was boiled, meat doesn't tastes as fried. Overall, very disappointing.

Omg.how can you not love fresh you picked grilled in front of you for you food. So freaking yummy I can't wait to go back

The server was really friendly and pretty on top of keeping up with everyone in my group and if we needed anything. It was a birthday party of about 15 people.

Honestly I just didn't really get the way things worked. Having to go to a buffet line filled with ingredients noodles, veggies, and some meat then at the end handing it to a cook. I attempted to build 2 dishes & neither worked out very well which is probably more a ME thing than the restaurant though.

If I were to make a suggestion it would be to have a sign at beginning of line with ideas of what to add into dish to create a good meal, for people like me who know they like different chow mien dishes but haven't the slightest idea what's in them to make them taste good.

Delicious food with simple, nutritious ingredients that you put together yourself! You get to watch them make it right in front of you. They even have a sign indicating which things are allergy-friendly! I have IBS and many food sensitivities and this is one of the only places in town I can go out to eat comfortably. I would highly recommend it for those with food sensitivities or specific diets, especially since they have a wide variety of options.
