I've been to many Chiropractors but Dr Ron does it best. Incredibly efficient and informative (you can tell he's done this for years). Will be back in the future and would recommend to all in the area.

Dr. Uppal is an amazing and caring practitioner. Every single time I came in for my adjustment I felt heard and understood, if I shared any current health concerns with him. He also offered helpful advise, such as vitamins and stretches I still do to this day!

I have been using Holdom Chiropractic for over 11 years now. I chose Holdom Chiro initially because it was close to my work, but Dr. Ron was so freaking awesome that I just kept going. I even got my wife and many others to go and visit him. He’s so good, that even though I live in New Westminster I continue to see him once or twice a month!
Whether it’s rehabilitation for an injury, or just a routine visit, I always feel better and leave with a smile on my face. He’s knowledgable, professional, and hilarious. I really can’t recommend him enough! Go and see him. You will be SO glad that you did.

Dr. Ron is great. I saw him all through my third trimester and he was always friendly, accommodating, and effective in helping to treat my pregnancy related aches and pains.

The masseuses Désireé and Nicky both do a great deep tissue massage. I’ve been seeing them regularly for a couple of years. I also see Dr. Ron on a regular basis. He uses a combination of drop table and diversified techniques. He can also use the activator method if you prefer that. They all are very friendly, and Dr. Ron always tries to fit you in even if you don’t have an appointment. I like to use the online booking feature of the website and book my preferred dates and times a few months ahead of time. There is even free covered parking.
I have family members that also see them and don’t hesitate to refer friends and colleagues to this clinic.

I'm afraid I'm going to die everytime I get chiropractic care but I can honestly say that Dr Ron is the most effective chiropractor I've ever had!

Love this place! I was so scared to do chiro as I thought it was my bones cracking. But Dr Ron made me comfortable and has made my time pleasant. I come once a week and it has helped my body and my injury.

Dr. Ron is super knowledgeable and a very fun approachable guy! He’s efficient and thorough. When I can, I get have a massage appt with Desiree (RMT) & then see him for chiro back-to-back. When I do, Im always walking on clouds outta there.

Dr. Ron is not only an amazing Chiropractor…he’s freaking hilarious. He’s helped me and my husband so much with our bad backs from a car accident. I have nothing but good things to say about this guy!

Dr Ron is a great Chiropractic Doctor who has cured my 9-year-old daughter's back-tail pain due to a harsh fall from skating as well as my 68-year-old mom's decades neck and knee issues. Our family is very fortunate to know of this very knowledgeable, experienced, and kind-hearted Doctor.

Ran is a great chiropractor, he pays attention to musculoskeletal and verbal feedback then treats effectively.

Some chiropractors use tools and gadgets that work well; Ran seems more hands on with a simpler treatment room, yet he produced fast results with me and that's what really matters.

In about four months I went from a mostly tolerable, constant pain with somewhat crippled mobility to pain free and highly athletically mobile again.

Ran is a pleasure to visit, light hearted and personable. He is professional, his rate is good, and his service is recognized and covered by my extended insurance provider.

I've seen about a dozen Chiropractors and Ran is one of two I would recommend.

Dr. Ron Uppal is a great chiropractor. I have been seeing him for years and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and listens to my needs. I go regularly to adjust my neck and hips. He always sends me home with stretches to do at home and gives me advise on good yoga poses to help my neck and back. Dr. Ron is very professional, he makes you feel comfortable and even makes you laugh. I always recommend Dr. Ron to all my family and friends!

If i could provide him 100 stars, i would. Dr. Ron is a phenomenal, professional and funny chiropractor! To begin I've never been to a chiropractor and since pregnancy I've been feeling joint pains and tightness. I personally was terrified of neck cracking which is one of the reasons i didn't go. The whole process from walking through the door to the end, Dr. Ron ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment, he explained everything where I could understand and by the end of the appointment I was speechless and asking when I could come back!

Dr. Uppal is an amazing chiropractor! I always look forward to coming in as whenever I have an issue he is always able to pinpoint the problem and relieve pressure. My back pain has reduced significantly since I began seeing him. He is also always willing to provide me advice as to how to further help my back pains by recommended specific beds and pillows. He's very nice, friendly, funny and super accommodating to my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Chiropractor!

I've been to different chiros before but Dr Ron is my go to. He's not pushy at all and i actually get excited for my appointments.

Dr. Ron was fantastic, he made me comfortable and explained what he was doing throughout our visits which I really liked. I've always had bad back and hip pain so I saw him during my pregnancy and it really helped contribute to a fast and uncomplicated birth experience and reduced my back pain! My midwife was really excited that my pelvis was perfectly aligned for child birth, I only pushed for 4 minutes! Thanks again!

This is an awesome wellness clinic. Dr. Ron Uppal is a great Chiropractor. His pleasant demeanor and knowledge of Chiropractic, make Holdom Chiropractic & Wellness Center a great choice. Just don't get him started on sports, you could be there for awhile.

If I could I would give Dr. Ron from Chiropractic Wellness 100 stars. By far the best health care provider I have ever been to who listens to my needs. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone! Dr. Ron gives out such a positive attitude that I always leave in a good mood and brighter spirits then I went there in. I started seeing Dr. Ron after a car accident and could not believe the results after a few sessions. I have had numerous surgeries on my lower back and Dr. Ron took that into consideration along with my limitations. I continued to see Dr. Ron for overall maintenance for my body. A few years into seeing him I was involved in another rear-ender - but this was time was different. I noticed by body bouncing back much quicker than the first time. I continue to see Dr. Ron and will for the rest of my life for maintenance. I never imagined feeling this good so THANK YOU Dr. Ron for always giving great feedback and keeping my body well with your technique - you are the BEST!

Dr Ron is a life saver. I am a runner who was trying to run a marathon. Two years ago, during my first half marathon, like many other runners, I got my pelvic distorted and the pain lasted a couple of months. By seeking the treatment, I have visited physiotherapy and acupuncture for a 10 sessions of each, but improvement was not much, until I met Dr Ron at Holdom. After a few sessions, I was able to run without any pain. I was so grateful for having met Dr Ron who is so professional in the area of Chiropractic and he knows how to fix the problem. Since then, I kept visited him regularly as I knew I can count on him to help me keep running without any pain to follow. Highly recommended anyone runners who had gone through any injuries and pains like me to meet Dr Ron.

I have had sciatica and neck pain for years and have gone to physiotherapists in the past because I was hesitant to see a chiropractor, but after going to my mom's chiropractor (in a different city) I knew I had to find one close to home and I found Dr. Ron!

He has been great! I don't have any of the pain that I had before and my monthly adjustments help keep me aligned and pain free. It's also nice that he is open later in the day so I don't have to miss any work. I would highly recommend Dr. Ron!

I work as a graphics operator for live TV production which has me doing a lot of typing/deskwork. Dr. Ron is SOOOOOO awesome for being accommodating to my crazy schedule. As a mom who has little time to book appointments, I truly appreciate when he makes time for me.

Most importantly, I have had chronic pain for years. I have been to MANY different chiropractors & Dr. Ron has been a chiro who can consistently relieve the aches & pains (where other chiro's would have left my neck feeling like it needed adjusting again). He is methodical & gets the job done. I tried looking around to chiro's closer to me, tried them but I'm back with Dr. Ron. There's a reason why.he's awesome!
