Holiday Inn & Suites Vancouver Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Great Location. Excellent service. Reasonably priced. This hotel is steps away from many attractions in downtown Vancouver, Canada. The rooms are great and everyone at that hotel is professional and helpful. I highly recommend.

Room was nice and clean. Service at the front desk was friendly and courteous. It is however located in an interesting area.

Great place, great service above and beyond. But like the rest of Canada the wheelchair access is missing a few critical elements.

Our room #106 was freezing cold. The shower took along time to get any warm water. And we had to take 2 different elevators to get to our room after a stay at the hospital.

I would definitely ask for a room in the main building, not far off to the side.

I stayed here during the weekend of April 21-23. Just after crossing back over the US border I realized I left my AirPods on my nightstand. I called the hotel so they could be sure I got them back, and was told they’d check and call me back. This process repeated itself 3 more times, when I finally accepted the fact that the housekeeper never returned them, rather keeping them for themselves. Poor service, don’t stay here.

Very nice downtown location. Most places are accessible walking but Uber is cheap to go around as well.

We searched for a downtown Vancouver hotel based on location and a pool. The location was great but the pool was closed! We were traveling with our kids so that was the main thing we were looking for. Definitely call ahead if that is what you are looking for. That said, the service was great.

Things I liked: location, professional and friendly service, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice showers, sink/mirror outside the bathroom.
Things I didn't like: inconvenient to navigate the halls/elevator system to get to the floor I was staying on, lack of electrical outlets and the one by the bed didn't work, wifi didn't work consistently, air conditioning worked well but only if you had a strong wall fan blowing at you.

Would likely stay again for the comparative price in downtown Van.

Really great service. Awesome staff. Do everything they can to please a customer. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here more often. All staff are amazing, very friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

I haven't stayed in the hotel at this particular location. Therefore I can't place a comment until I have, if ever I do.

Very nice situated hotel, just in the downtown. Parking on site, additionally paid. What was surprising is that the receptionist suggested to hide everything valuable in you car although the parking was secured. We arrived around 2 pm and for 29$ (fixed price) our parking spot was valid till 6 pm the next day We had the room on the 7th floor. Overall was nice, however we found several moth flying near the window. What's more the hot water in the shower appeared after 10 minutes. Small coffee machine and the fridge included. I can recommend this hotel if you're looking for some affordable hotel int the strict city center.

The manager was most excellent upgraded our room without question even though we made the reservation error.

Super amazing staff and a great little restaurant. The chef “Jay” comes out personally to see how everyone enjoys his food.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of the entertainment district. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious with a low price. The restaurant does not have a huge selection, but the items they offer are excellent. The hotel has plenty of amenities, including a laundry room for the guests. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn.

It was OK for one night. I suspect we didn't get the nicer rooms because we were only there for one night. Fair enough, if I were booking for longer then I'd like to think the hotel would give me a better view etc, on a higher floor.

Dont let the outside of the building throw you off. Inside is nicely updated, rooms are clean and all look like they have recently been redone. A very comfortable, typical Holiday Inn stay.

Had a few friends in the hotel and they got bad that it was over 2 people. We werent loud and didnt recieve a noise complaint. We ended up leaving and booking elsewhere

Very nice hotel, but also pretty small. The rooms and bathrooms are very tiny along with the elevators. Even the parking lot is super jammed together.

Nice place to stay at a reasonable price in Downtown, Vancouver. Room was spacious, neat and clean, and the staffs were helpful.

Stayed in the 6th floor "executive suites". Overall nice, nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary. The wait for the elevators is frustrating and we got a noise complaint at 10: 03 PM.

The staff were friendly and it really is downtown. The Pacific centre was walking distance and so are a lot of restaurants. Its steps away for the night life as well.

Good price. Great location - close to all downtown neighbourhoods. Decent little gym. Rooms are pretty modern. Food in restaurant is just ok - but so much around to choose from. Good wireless. Car rental on location. All in all great value.

Quick check in. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Had guests and no trouble. Late check out no problems. Overall great experience
