Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport- Richmond, an IHG Hotel

The value is not worth at all for the staying experience. I can't believe I spent over $700 USD for two horrible night. There is a problem of Room 616. It is adjacent to the elevator, and no matter where the elevator goes, once it moves and stop, "BANG" the sound is really annoying and disturbing. I couldn't rest at all. Asked twice about changing room, one had been told that elevator will not work busy at night because most customers are staying for business, and second time told me there is no room to change when I can still see there is available room to book online. Both reasons are not making any sense at all.
