Could not find what was looking for. Nobody around to help me. Followed the signs and just got what i needed nothing more

May 2023 saw decent selection of indoor and outdoor plants however price points are much higher than other garden centers

I bought a pitch fork 3 years ago. I've used it twice. It's broken inside the metal very far down. Useless. Still has the paint on the tines and a Rona sticker still on it. All I wanted to do was exchange it as it must have been flawed. They didn't care! Wanted my receipt.what.who keeps receipts for absolutely everything they buy. Then they said has to be within 90 days. I'm not happy with their junky cheap products and will never shop there again.

Francois is truly an angel in disguise! He was so knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was panic stricken going into the store, and much calmer leaving! Thank you so much, Francois! I'll never shop anywhere else again!

Awesome customer service from Mike L. Came in knowing nothing about the circuit I needed (was running an errand for someone else) and he helped immensely. Actually educating me a bit along the way!

Rona has always been a fun place to shop. They have great selection on plants too.
And the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Also they have a great return policy.

Love Rona and the staff. I know from experience working there the employees.
Should get 5$ an hour raise across the board! Huge profits give back to your workers. Period!

I love Rona. I bought a lawnmower last Fall that showed in stock but when I went to pick it up, the staff couldn't find it.
Just this week they had the mower back in stock and sold it to me for the sale price of last Oct, saving $75.

Today is Monday March 20 at 4: 15pm.
I just called for information on product availability and I actually got a live guy in the lumber department. He was amazingly helpful, pleasant and very professional. He also went the extra mile to see if product was easily available when I came later tonight.
Now for the rest of the story.
At 4: 18 I called Rona Kelowna customer service to ask his name so I could leave a good review. Why not right?
I called 5 times and then once more before I posted this. No answer and I chose not to leave a message because I am writing this review now and posting NOW, not in two business days or whatever!
Thank you so much for you help this afternoon, younger dude in lumber. You went beyond and that’s something not everyone does!

I like it because it's usually less busy than Home Depot, and the staff are more willing to help. I would go to Home Hardware instead if they're open, to support the smaller business and get better service, but Rona is not that bad.

Large store with almost everything including appliances. Found what I needed after striking out at Home Hardware.

Similar like Canadian Tire, hv garden, Hardware and home, good for Men and wife busy in The garden. Lots of tropical plants

Staff were so friendly and helpful, even when we were waiting on a staff member to check on something for us, someone else asked us if we had been helped. So nice:)

Great place to shop personally and easy to contact on the phone. Prices can be a little higher than other large hardware stores.

Every time I go there for paint the service is non existent. Only ever one person working in paint and they're always busy. I don't have 45 minutes to hang around and wait so I will be buying my building supplies elsewhere

I went in looking for a quote on paint.
The lady in the department was really good and friendly and went out of her way. The young one didn5 do a thing. I stood there and didn't say hello. I actually didn't think she worked there as other customers came she never said a thing yo them.
I won't rate my experience on the young girl who had no time for any of us.
The older staff are what you will need to look for in the paint department.
