Called to ask if they carried a particular brand of glasses. I was told they don't do that anymore, I would need to come to the store. I always want to support local business but Amazon will answer that question. If you want us to shop local try giving customer service

Always fun to browse as you don't know what you will find. Part of me prefers reliability but that's to be forgotten when going in that store to replace it with at the moment.

Clean store but hit and miss on stock. Used to have an awesome pet department but it was almost non existent when I was there.

My only complaint is I spend too much here.too many things! Soft things, shiny things, kitchen things, decorative things. Things I do not need. You will buy too many things.

Always a great selection for home decor and gifts, friendly staff and a great place for Christmas shopping!

Super clean, friendly staff. We love the different foods, teas, coffees, chocolates etc you can get there, make the best gift baskets (Meyer lemon olive oil is the best!) Pet section is A+ too. Summer deck furniture this year is awesome, fun metal decor.

Nice store. I went there looking for throw cushions and they had like 3 isles of them. Lots of selection and nice staff.

This is a great Homesense, very well organized and clean, the staff are super nice and quick at the tills, and they have a pretty decent selection of everything.

We went to home sense looking for something specific, we didn't find it but we found something comparable.
I am always overwhelmed when we go to a store like this and moreover, I always wonder who is buying a lot of the items. Like, how many raw wood cutting boards do you need? Long story, short.it was a fair experience.

Needed to return materials purchased.had receipt for 2 of 4 items.all was good processed fairly quickly.ive returned many things here and its excellent service.full refund w receipt within time limit and merchandise card after that.perfect!

I always love Popping in To HomeSense But I have no idea what to get someone I wonder on the store And they're filled with Great gift ideas and their unique items It's always a pleasure Seeing what they have At New Stock is constantly rotated between their shelves And if you don't like it one week the next will probably be a lot different So I will continue shopping here and enjoying my experience at

I find the staff ride in comparison to the stores in the lower mainland. The greeter at the door is always especially snooty.

Homesense enforcing masks is quite pathetic. Some people are mask excempt plus Homesense shouldnt be spreading this fear scamdemic. I never bothered putting the mask on when I was in the store, sadly only one not wearing a mask. Wont be shopping hear again.

I love our Vernon Homesense. They have such great variety and you always find a new treasure each visit! The staff are always so helpful and are trying their best to keep everyone safe during this time. Thank you Homesense! Keep up the great work!:)

Finally a store that has nice things at reasonable prices. I am so glad they put Vernon on their stores list. Very helpful staff.and a great variety of merchandise.

Some interesting finds, some of questionable quality!? Some cheap finds on the clearance ends, no gold today, but the hunt continues!

Center Aisles were close together, challenging for more than 1 person at a time to pass in the Aisle, think some were Clearance Aisles? I was shopping on Boxing Day. Was wondering why Mirrors were at the end of some Aisles, I noticed a few. Lots product, variety of choices, prices were comparable, quality - you pay for what you want.

Once I actually got to Home Sense, I couldn't leave! All kinds of great things there from toys for my dog, pillows for my sister, picture frames for the new baby in our family, and on and on.

The visit was wonderful from all the items to the friendly staff. There was lots of beautiful things and I didn't want to miss a thing.
