I was there to return an item. Had my receipt - item unused. Couldn't have been simpler.unless there was a specific register for returns.

Love the selection. So many adorable items. Some things are priced right, others too pricey.
Someone decided a great place for mugs would be behind a pillar? It's not. You can't see them. Would actually like to read the mugs.

Very clean.
Store is always full of everything you need for your home.
Staff friendly.

An interesting walk around store with intriguing and neat home products. Being dog friendly offers a warmth that is felt by all patrons. Great place.

Be careful if you go into the store. You can easily find good deals but end up leaving with more things and a bill higher than your targeted budget! It's okay since every purchase has been of good quality products that lasts for years to come. Just remember to whip out that TJX card at every transaction. And keep in mind that their stock changes all the time so if you see something you really like, grab it quick because there's a good chance it'll be gone by next week and something else is up for grabs.

My home & my boyfriend's place has been graced with their merchandise with good use and aesthetics.

Just took a cutting board back that fell apart in the dishwasher. BEST customer service! No questions asked, returned the product and exchanged without receipt and I was in and out in 10 mins.

Love this HomeSense. They always have great selection (you have to be quick though.one of a kinds go fast) and the store is always clean and laid out nicely. Usually find what I'm looking for and then some. They do a great job with their seasonal selection as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my time here.a great shopping experience.

I like this store. Great selection of housewares. Would love to see more frames for pictures. Kids items are great however some things were outrageously expensive. Clear signage is appreciated.

I don’t understand why this store seems to only ever have one of a set. Items that clearly are meant to be bought in pairs are always on their own and remain there for months because nobody wants one of a set. Every time I go in looking for candle holders - I find one. What am
I supposed to do with one giant candle holder? Two is pretty.one in the middle of the table looks like your either worshipping it or sacrificing it.

Absolutely horrendous costumer service.

Had a receipt for item I wanted to return, barcode sticker still on it, unopened, their computers didn’t recognize the product, shame since I do like this chain but not this location. Absolutely useless. Won’t be wasting my time there again.

The prices are amazing! I. I like the homesense store out in Langford the best. I have yet to be disappointed in any of my purchases.and the staff are great!

I love going here. Great buys at good value. Parking is free, the store is easy to access and there is always something interesting to buy. If you see something you like, snap it up quick or it won't be there when you go back. Their stock on one of a kind items moves fast.

Lots of selection but not crammed with items. Very well organized & tidy with friendly, efficient staff.

I've gone to nearly every homesense in the Lower Mainland and this location by far was the best in terms of stock, variety and organization. I would almost come back just to shop

I went into this location today and was so upset with how I was treated that my mom and I ended up leaving. This was my go to store but I don't think I'll be shopping there again after this horrible experience. I went in for a picture frame of a certain size, I found one and was really excited.but no price tag. I went up to the women at the door and asked if there was someone who could give me a price and she replied with "you'll have to wait until your ready to purchase" I wasnt very happy with that response so I found another employee and asked her who I could ask for a price. She looked me up and down and said $59.99. I said "you can tell just by looking at it? She's like yup! I mentioned the other frames beside it were the same size for $39.99 and her response was nope $59.99 and walked away. I didn't realize you could make up a price right on the spot like that without looking it up and I don't believe she was management. I felt like I was completely dismissed and no one wanted to help me. I've mentioned this experience to others and they all thought this was horrible customer service and I should contact head office. I'm not going to go that far but you have definitely lost my business. I know losing my business is not a big deal because I am one person however I will mention this experience if anyone should ask if I recommend this store.

Plenty of items but selection is not great. Could only find one suitable set of bedding. Stock seems very low.

In store shopping with wide rows. At entrance there are hand sanitizer pump bottles. An employee wipes down the cart handles once the carts are returned to the entrance. All employees are wearing masks. There is plexiglass dividers between the cashier and customer and also between customers.

Expierence was great, I love a home sense.there was a guy with a top knot working there that I never got the name of.

Really lucked out with some great finds for our new place. Their selection was really good and the staff were friendly. It can’t be easy working retail in a global pandemic so it’s appreciated when they’re doing what they can to keep everyone safe.

There are some real gems here, on the few occasions I've visited I've always come out with something amazing that I'd been looking for!

A bit overcrowded, perhaps a bigger store would make it easier to find some items. Always filled with great finds for everyone though.

Always amazed at how much you can come out with from here. I go in for one item and come out with items I didn't even know I needed. Best selection for all kinds of holiday decor. Amazing for those little accent pieces.

Leons treated me poorly. Homesense sold me a comparable chair at a savings of $100 and even let me keep the allen wrench so I could put the legs on at home. They went out of their way. I'll definitely go back.

This Home Sense is better then the last 2 was in. Both in Alberta. They have more product in this store and cleaner!

The perfect place to find that little thing you didn't know you needed. Great place to find that pot or pan that you need.

I love the things I bought but the cashier was the worst. Made me feel like I was bothering her by buying something.

Decent selection of furniture and decor. However I've noticed staff pushing items and or not properly handling heavyer items resaltuing in loose screws, hindges etc I'd recommend having stronger employees do the lifting to insure the quality of the products stay good.

I like these stores for selection and pricing.many product are world wide sourced! Staff are always friendly and helpfull.

I was looking for a center piece for a table with a beach theme and found the perfect piece at Home Sense.

Love this store! Lots of great decor selection. I can usually find something I can't live without.

Need a body pillow? I am serious. The dog beds are freaking amazing. Seriously. $50 will get you a fluffy yet durable delight that no body pillow could ever dream of matching. Really.
