Lovely actually. The clerk at the check-out was so pleasant, nice manner about her. In this wild world right now, it was a good experience.

Couldn't find what I was looking for. Browsed at the clearance table to find overpriced broken objects. On my way out I encountered a couple who had brought their dog into the store and it peed on the floor. They started to walk away from the mess. When I called them back and asked them to clean up the mess, they said they'd get staff to do it. Someone who claimed to be a manager told me that she couldn't do anything about the dog or it's owners. This is a store that sells foods. I'll bring my dog and put money that they throw us out, even though my dog never pees indoors.

This is my favorite store, it has a fantastic product such decoration, wall art, artificial plants, and kitchen needs.

I truly like shopping at Home Sense.all the time!

My wife loves this store. She shops here all the time and always brings home something nice for the house. She also goes into the international food section and finds great spices, olive oil, and snacks. A very clean, organized location with great customer service.

As much as I like their products, the price sticker always drive me crazy. They leave marks all the times, so cheap poor quality price stickers; especially on dishes, glass, mirrors…

Parking is very convenient, the staff are super friendly, and the store is always clean and organized. It's a great place to spend some time with friends and family or just by yourself on weekends and evenings.

You can find unique kitchen decorates as well as beddings up there.prices are not low and clearances might not be what you'll expect. A woman named "Niusha" needs to improve her behaviour with customers.

I was in store to return mirror which I’ve got from HomeSense park Royal the quality is garbage I wanted to return that but the manager in the store didn’t return that because I didn’t have the receipt and she said I can not sell that they sold me garbage and they didn’t return it she is the worst manager I have seen ever and she didn’t even try to help me and manager name was Niyosha. Their customer service is terrible and when I bought the mirror the cashier told me I can return that without receipt.

The price of the items are great and you can find some high quality kitchenware in there, I found a Italian small coffee maker in there and price of this in other stores is more that double. Overall I highly recommend to go there at least once.

I like it because its affordable prices and collecting famous brands and providing wide range of different products.

My basement needed an area rug to keep it warmer and this store had a great selection. Well priced too.

This branch is my favourite HomeSense store of all. It has the best customer service ever. All the staff are so so helpful, especially Mr Javad.

Their inventory varies from store to store.
Metrotown and Cambie and 8th seem to be well stocked.

I just wish they sold more items made in North America or Europe.

It's not as popular as before the pandemic. The selections and stock levels are low. Some corners are virtually empty. Free hand sanitizer and disposable non medical mask are offered at the entrance. It's very clean inside. Not many people and most of them wearing masks or some sort of face cover. Very easy to practice social distances.

I found staff members very friendly, they do care about customer satisfaction. From floor staff “Madison”to cash register crew “Vahid “& “Samira”they all helped me to finalise my massive “Home Settlement “ shopping as easy as possible. They even holding onto my load till delivery date MASSIVE HELP.

Morteza was really helpful, friendly and patient! With me trying to remember what I had on my lost shopping list haha. He had very accurate guesses on what I needed to buy. Without Morteza's help I would have gone back home with half of what I needed.

Companies may be judged by the appearance, friendliness and behaviour of their staff. Morteza, who works at the Park Royal branch of Home Sense, is possesed of all the the above qualities. During my recent visits to the store, he has been so helpful to me both as a cashier and a sales associate.

Good place to take a flyer on. Where else can you buy a very nice carpet for a good price, some very nice organic towels for $10, and a bag of Italian egg noodles? If they have something you want, it's worth considering.
That being said, I didn't think much of the quality of their non stick pans.

My gal Friend was looking for a small balcony table & chair set. We weren't able to find folding type to be able to store later. Home Sense is a great place to look at all the beautiful product.

Been here a few times and had to put items on hold or had to call in about store hours before a holiday and staff have been consistently rude over the phone and on the floor when required to do things outside of restocking/ringing at the register. Manager needs to be replaced as the staff are just horrible and have not been properly screened. Line ups are always too long too and good merchandise gets swiped quickly.

I'd recommend the Robson location next to the library - much better!

Always different bargains to peruse. Great selection of dishes, beddings, bathroom and kitchen supplies. A clearance section is always worthy of a stop. Lots of check outs. Clean and great displays.

Nothing worse then a manager telling an employee what they did wrong in front of customers.also stopping her from ringing up our sale to do it! Felt bad for the cashier! Probably the worst experience we have ever had there!

Saving you $$. I like the shop, it is like opening a treasure chest: you never know what you find. Check items for quality issues, and if found show to manager. They will remove off the shelf. The best return policy.

Sometimes you can find great deals here. Always check it before purchasing furniture and appliances.

I shop here often, it’s my go-to shop to find ways to spruce up my home. The last few times I have shopped here I have been helped by Eva at the cash register and I have to say she puts a huge smile on my face every time. She is always complimenting my purchases and really makes me feel like I’ve found the best deal. Hard to find good customer service like she gives every time!

This is the best Home Sense. They have so many options for decoration, specially for artwork and very fair prices.

Always a great place to pop in and see what's available. I recently shopped there and noted the store layout had changed and it was quite confusing. Oh well, after a few visits I am sure it will be fine.

An expensive retail reseller of wayfair stuff. The price mark up is way too high to buy, but they sometimes have nice stuff to browse.

I enjoy going to HomeSense and looking around at the wide variety of stuff.

I always buy food there, as they have unique European brands. Just make sure to check expiry dates to ensure items are fresh.

I have bought many other items too, so not just food. Great Prices and Quality
