Poor service. Their new protocol doesn’t allow you to choose a new counsellor if the one you’re on a call with does not provide you with the support you need, even if you end the session within 10 minutes of figuring out that the counsellor you’re with does not match your needs. It’s still considered a session and they don’t let you access a counsellor you would actually connect with until your 7 day quota is up. The only alternative they offer is to set you up with multiple session counsellors, which makes no sense if you only need this service every once in a while. Absolutely wild.
