I bought a Honda Accord SE 2022 last year in August. It was a nice experience for me. The sales man Rahul was showing us all the deals and he told me about different cars and all. It’s more than a year, we didn’t find any issue with our new vehicle. I am so impressed from their customer service and how they are doing all the services very quickly. I am going there for my vehicle service all the time and it’s very fast every time. I don’t know what was his name maybe he is owner or manager or may be his name was brock or something, found him pretty rude and unprofessional.
I can bring plenty of people complaining about him I went there to get Honda civic but ending up getting VW From Whiterock. He lost that deal because of his bad attitude I feel sorry for him he thinks he is pro but he isn’t. Wasn’t my first car at all I don’t know how is he even running this dealership here in town. Would not have survived in lower mainland area or you know.
I am 100 sure if he will respond to this review you won’t find the same person at the dealership. He is different there than here while responding to this review. I know him pretty well if I go there again with anyone then I will let ‘em know to to deal with customer.

I just went in to the Honda dealer to see if I could get my truck serviced, turns out they don’t work on my make. We were considering a Honda as another vehicle, but Brock was so unwelcoming and seemed annoyed by my presence, that I don’t think we will purchase a new vehicle there. Every person that walks through your door has value and could give you money. Please be kind to folks you don’t know.
